Ipoh Hawker, the ultimate Malaysian street food is brought to you by the crew at Ipoh Town as they celebrate almost 30 years of serving authentic Malaysian cuisine in Sydney. Billy Chong is the second-generation owner whose family were pioneers in the Sydney Malaysian food scene, being the original owners of Laksa House at the QVB in 1994. Ipoh Town's opening in 2012 is an homage to these original recipes which were inspired by his grandmother's home cooking.
