With the background in the finance industry, Charlene is passionate in helping people improve their financial future. Since joining the KIN team in 2015, Charlene's proficiency in Mandarin and understanding off-the-plan residential properties space, she is an invaluable asset to the KIN team. Charlene's multi-cultural awareness places her perfectly to assist with the specific requirements of overseas purchasers ensuring they are well prepared and ready for settlement. Highly qualified, she holds a certificate in Finance and Mortgage Broking, an MBA and Bachelor of Accounting. Charlene specializes in first home loans, investment loans and refinancing loans. Her can-do approach takes the legwork and stress out of the lending process, she will always strive to find the best solution for her clients. When not at work she enjoys travelling and exploring iconic cafes and restaurants. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

Kerren McNamara

With over 25 years' experience working in the property industry, Kerren founded KIN after years of consulting and working in senior management for Mirvac. Specialising in marketing and customer relations, Kerren brings a strategic and customer centric approach to her work in off-the-plan residential settlements with developers, builders, financiers, purchasers, and project teams. The KIN family has expanded over the years as a result of Kerren's passion of working with like-hearted people and the vision of encouraging and allowing people to be their authentic self and to express their truth. Working with a group of amazing people is what inspires Kerren on a daily basis which has extended to other business area including KIN Property and KIN Real Estate. Doing business differently, providing service in a kind and honest way that promotes connection, growth and understanding is at the foundation of all of Kerren's companies. When Kerren is not in the office or being mum to two teenagers, you will find her immersed in her garden, enjoying the delight of being in nature, hiking, skiing, or planning her next exciting adventure.

With over 20 years' experience in the property development, finance and construction industry, Kylie's professional trajectory so far has included roles in the project management space, procurement, sales & marketing, settlements and conveyancing, with her greatest strengths being in company operations & staff engagement. She is an energetic, passionate individual that is recognised for her multi-faceted skill set, and her ability to bring together both internal and external stakeholders to work collaboratively and achieve successful outcomes. She has a respected communication style that engages and empowers people along with a sincere and relaxed approach. Outside of the office, Kylie can be found enjoying the outdoors with her 2 young daughters, camping, or riding her motorbike Daisy.
