Amanda Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Executive Chef
Amanda Wilson is the Executive Chef for the Lakeview Health family. She started with Lakeview in March of 2022. Her role is to oversee the Food Service department in its entirety. Focusing on menu development and creativity, to provide the ultimate food service experience to all residents. Chef Amanda's goals are to encompass multiple cultures, cuisines and ingredients to provide an "around the world" experience while utilizing fresh and local ingredients that focus on the healing through the power of food. During Chef Amanda's career, she was recognized as one of Food Service Director's 2021 rising stars during her tenure as a Corporate Executive Chef for Mayo Clinic. She was also recognized as one of the top performing chefs for Morrison Healthcare. After careful consideration into the next step in her career, Lakeview became a place to call home. Chef Amanda is a certified ServSafe instructor and Proctor as well as a certified member of the American Culinary Federation. Chef Amanda attended a dual enrollment program at Frank H. Peterson Academies of Technology for culinary arts and graduated with an associate degree in culinary and business management. She is a member of the culinary advisory board for Terry Parker High School, and Frank H. Peterson. Chef Amanda is passionate about the art of culinary and how food brings people together. She enjoys fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dana Suitor

  • Associate Director of Business Development for Eating Disorders
Dana Suitor joined the Lakeview Health family of treatment centers in November 2022 as an Associate Director of Business Development. She joined the Lakeview team after learning about the development of Koru Spring, her passion and knowledge have since been instrumental in creating and promoting this program. Dana has 15 years of experience in relational outreach and is passionate about finding the appropriate level of care for those struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. As part of her outreach process, she works closely with patients' family members to support them through the treatment journey. She has also received multiple awards for being marketer of the year and has trained new employees on the role of business development and fostering long-term relationships. She has served as secretary of the Phoenix International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) chapter board for 6 years and is currently an iaedp member. Dana enjoys spending time with family and has two dogs, Sophie & Daisy, who are everything. She also enjoys Nascar and attending races in person, whether it is in Phoenix or some bucket list tracks.

Heidi Graber

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Director of Women 's Programming Within the Lakeview Health
Heidi Graber is the Clinical Director of Women's Programming within the Lakeview Health family. Her goal is to ensure that her team feels supported and to enhance stability at the facility. She originally started with Lakeview Health as an intern, returned several years later as a PRN therapist, and is now in her current role as Clinical Director. She has worked in several mental health settings and was the Program Coordinator at the Child Protection Team for a year and a half, she also worked as a therapist there for five years. She is a licensed clinician in the state of Florida, Georgia, and Colorado. She is also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Interns. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University. She is an avid sports fan, loves to travel, and is currently learning Spanish.

Jamie Stevens

Jamie Stevens has worked on the frontlines of the mental healthcare space for more than two decades. Her professional journey started 20 years ago on the clinical side of the industry as a therapist and methadone counselor. Since then, she's held various operational and leadership roles, including her current position as Chief Executive Officer at the Lakeview Health family: centers of excellence in addiction and eating disorders treatment. Jamie has been part of the Lakeview Health team for more than 18 years, beginning as a primary therapist before being promoted to clinical director. She was advanced to the role of Vice President of Program Services for a three-year stint before transitioning into the Vice President of Operations position. In 2021, she helped steer Lakeview Health through the pandemic as newly named Chief Operating Officer. She was named Chief Executive Officer in October 2021. As CEO, she is responsible for ensuring all facilities run smoothly, overseeing clinical programming, directing the medical and operational teams and overall day-to-day management. Additionally, Jamie leads business development and strategy initiatives, fostering sustainable growth. Jamie graduated from the University of North Florida with a master's degree in health science and a is certified addiction professional (CAP).

Kelly Kelley

  • Regional Client Services Representative
Kelly Kelley joined the Koru Spring team in September 2023 as a Regional Client Services Representative proudly supporting Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Kelly aims to increase eating disorder awareness, resources, and recovery by sharing Koru Spring's clinical mission and treatment philosophy among providers, residents, and families throughout the Midwest. Kelly worked as a clinician for over 15 years in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, community mental health centers, non-profit organizations, and acute psychiatric hospitals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she specialized in working with children, adolescents, and their families until moving into a business development role in 2016. First working as a local clinical liaison for an acute psychiatric hospital, and most recently as a Director of Business Development for an eating disorder treatment facility, where she provided national support to clinical partners. Kelly received her undergraduate social work degree from Southeast Missouri State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Kelly is grateful to be able to utilize her education, expertise, and experience to help patients and families navigate the complexities of eating disorder treatment and is truly honored to be a part of their recovery journey. Kelly lives in Toledo, Ohio with her husband Patrick and her cat Sullivan. She enjoys making memories - attending football games in the fall, concerts in the summer, and traveling year-round.

Madison Harvey

Madison Harvey is a Weekend Therapist at Koru Spring and has been a part of the Lakeview Health team since 2022. She provides group therapy and support, helping residents to work through anything and everything that comes up on their healing journey. Madison has experience providing trauma-informed care and has a passion for empowering and affirming women. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Florida and her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida.

Mandy Jack

Mandy Jack is a licensed mental health counselor who has worked with dually diagnosed patients since 2002. Mandy started her career working with children and families in community mental health including working as a regional director in community mental health. She joined Lakeview in 2010 and has previously held positions as the Clinical Director and Senior Program Director. As the Lakeview Health family's Vice President of Clinical Services, she is responsible for overseeing all clinical services, creating programming, and overseeing the clinical, patient advocate, nursing, behavior health associate, and wellness teams. Mandy earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University and a master's degree in mental health counseling from Ball State University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.

Susanne Arnett

Job Titles:
  • Regional Client Services Representative
Susanne Arnett is a Regional Client Services Representative at Koru Spring. She is based in central Mississippi and covers the Southeast. With more than a decade of residential treatment experience, Susanne has worked with clients of all ages with co-occurring substance use, trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders. She has extensive knowledge and specialized experience working with eating disorders. She enjoys building relationships with professionals, and helping clients find appropriate treatment to begin their journey to recovery. A Louisiana native, Susanne has a bachelor's degree and is pursuing her graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in trauma treatment. She is a Board member of the Collegiate Recovery Community at Mississippi State University. Susanne is one of the founders of the Mississippi Eating Disorders Association for Professionals. She previously served as the Social Media chair for the Alabama chapter of iaedp, the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson, Mississippi, and a former member of the Junior Auxiliary of Madison-Ridgeland. She lives in Madison, Mississippi, with her husband, Greg Smith, and three children: Sam and Anna Cate Arnett, and Chandler Smith.
