Specializing in park and infrastructure design, campus planning, garden design, and housing development... This project is the first phase of Port Lands and it is a 60 million-dollar, 15-acre project aimed to create a land mass around the existing Essroc Quay by lake filling with stone and soil with the intention of serving as the sub-base for a future park, creating new, re-naturalized shorelines, and stabilizing aging dock walls that are under risk of collapsing during flood events.
