The Manchester Community Resource Center opened its doors in October, 1998. Our original facility located at 177 Lake Avenue was built to serve the center city of Manchester, a federally-designated Enterprise Community. The Manchester Community Resource Center soon gained a reputation for meeting the needs of the community through innovative program development and specialized services.
