Our commitment is with the nature and well-being of the Meliponas Stingless Bees of the Mayan region. We support the causes of the Mayan communities and their rainforests. Our hives are protected by areas far from any environmental and human contamination. Our hives and their Inhabitants bees Melipona Stingless Xunan Kab (beecheii) or Melipona Stingless Nejmek (Scaptotrigona) bee species. They are healthy and only feed on wildflowers no more than a kilometer away. In addition, they feed on their own honey. The harvest is by trained personnel by the Mayan beekeepers carried out by hand and hygienically at night so as not to disturb and stress the bees. We pack safely and in glass approved by FDA.
