Becky joined the New Vision team in July 2022. Becky is part of the financial services administration team, and her role is to provide support with client administration and to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. "I enjoy working in the client admin team because it is a varied role with lots to learn. I like that the role keeps me busy and is well organised. The team are supportive and always willing to help." Becky is new to her role at New Vision and she is continuing to learn and grow and we look forward to seeing her develop within the firm. She started her working life as an apprentice at an Estate Agents where she completed three NVQs. She enjoyed this role as it helped her to gain administrative experience whilst working with a great team that helped build her confidence for her future job roles. Becky has gained many skills and administration experience in various industries over the years. This is her first role in financial services and the role will give her the opportunity to be able to use her skills whilst gaining knowledge in a new industry. The one word to sum up Becky is organised. She is good at making sure her work is completed and ready for our clients on time. When Becky is not in the office she enjoys going for walks during the day and indulging in a good book in the evening times. Becky is engaged to her fiancé and has two young children whom she loves spending time with along with other family and friends. Carol is the founding director and CEO of the company. She founded New Vision in 1998 and has continued growing and developing the business since. As the financial planning director, it's Carol's role to provide inspiring leadership to the team and the clients we work with. She is a qualified Coach, Financial Planner, Registered Life Planner, Financial Adviser and Business Mentor.

Gemma joined the New Vision team in June 2020. Gemma acts as the integrator between the business owner and the entire team; ensuring that everything runs smoothly whilst driving the business to success. Alongside this, Gemma also manages the client admin team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of support whilst focussing on achieving an outstanding client experience. "No day is the same and I'm always kept busy. Being able to be part of the business development plans and being able to see those plans make a difference gives me great satisfaction when working with New Vision." Gemma aspires to be an effective practice manager that makes a difference to the business, our clients, and the team. To achieve this, she takes part in relevant training and development courses helping her to further gain skills for the role. Gemma started her work life in a department store helping the team with organising stock during busy times of the year. She then quickly moved on to working in various office administration roles gaining different skills to take with her before finding her role here at New Vision. She has worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years starting off as a self-invested personal pension administrator before moving to an IFA firm in 2014. Gemma has gained years of experience in the industry starting off as an administrator before moving into her practice manager role. The one word to describe Gemma is reliable; she is always present and committed to the business and the team. In Gemma's spare time she values spending quality time with her daughter as well as with her family and friends. She enjoys going on different scenic walks and trips to the beach throughout the year. Gemma is a member at Chester Zoo and Alton Towers allowing her the opportunity to experience beautiful wildlife or adrenalin thrills throughout the year.

Lucy joined the New Vision team in July 2018. Her role at New Vision is to be involved in areas of marketing and business development. Alongside this, she also assists with the business finance administration. "I love my role at New Vision because I can be creative, and my voice gets heard. I enjoy both roles I play in the company as they challenge me on different levels and I'm always learning new skills." Lucy started her working life in the hospitality industry which taught her customer service and team skills that she has carried forward with her to New Vision. Although Lucy is new to working in the industry, New Vision is her family business, and she has known it her whole life. The company was founded by her mum and financial planning director Carol Dickens in 1998. "New Vision has always been close to my heart and I am proud that I can now be a part of it." The one word to describe Lucy is ambitious, she likes to take on new challenges and come up with new ideas to take on within her role. When Lucy is not in the office, she values spending quality time with her daughter as well as with family and friends. She enjoys going to music festivals in the summer and going on challenging hikes and adventures throughout the year. Lucy and her daughter are animal lovers which is why they are annual members of Chester Zoo. She loves being creative at home with arts and crafts and cuddles up with her two lovely cats in the evening.

Simon joined the New Vision team in March 2020. It's his role to assist with the administration associated with financial advice. He ensures that things are as straightforward as possible for our clients, providing them the best possible experience.
