David Elghanyan

David graduated from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service with a Bsc in International Relations, Law & Organisation. He has been active in real estate for over 20 years, starting with his family business. EPIC Holdings Ltd which he successfully sold in 2001 before joining Mansford, a boutique property fund. He subsequently oversaw the UK operations for the Witkoff Group. Over the years, he has been an avid residential investor and developer in the UK and overseas. Furthermore, David is the founder and director of DMD Ventures, the UKs leading drinks platform including ecommerce ( 3Idover.com) , Wholesale through Central London's On - Trade supplier (Vanquish), voted best UK online drinks retailer in 2015 and the market leading Data Platform and subscription businesses.

Julian Keith

Julian qualified as a solicitor in 2007 having first gained a BSc (Hons) in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College London. Julian then went on to work at Trowers & Hamlins, a city law firm specializing in Real Estate and Regeneration. Julian became a partner there in 2015 and spent five years running the national Strategic Land Practice, as well as working on Affordable Housing, Build to Rent and Student Accommodation transactions. Julian has worked on major development and regeneration projects in London and the UK including Meridian Water, which comprised of 10,000 units in LB Enfield, the London Olympic Athlete's Village regeneration following 2012 games and the 8,000-home Ifield regeneration for Homes England in West Sussex.

Robin Hall

Job Titles:

Robin spent the first six years of his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1991. He trained in London before spending two years overseas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He then spent 25 years working for Willis (latterly Willis Towers Watson) in a number of departments including M&A where he was involved in building the group's network of offices in Europe and Latin America before taking up roles as CFO for Latin America and CFO for Europe. He has been working for NEMA Capital since May 2019. Robin graduated from the University of Reading with a BA in History in 1987.
