Mr. Herrala is the Chief Commercial Officer for OMS Group, LLC. Mr. Herrala's primary responsibilities are to ensure OMS' delivery of services is perfectly aligned with client expectations and goals. With over 25 years as a utility professional and consultant within the North American power market, Mr. Herrala brings both an owner's perspective, institutional knowledge, and broad industry insights on behalf of his clients. Chris lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three children. He enjoys camping and exploring the Desert Southwest, working on projects around the house, spending time with his family, and is actively involved in his church.​

​Mr. Alex Cates is the Chief Executive Officer for OMS Group, LLC. He is based in both Walnut Creek, California and Denver, Colorado. Mr. Cates has over 25 years of management and construction experience, ranging from architecture and design to manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive operational and practical experience in the construction contracting, demolition and remediation arenas, with an acute understanding of techniques, means, methods, and value adding strategies. He has over 20-years of professional experience in large project management and execution. His understanding of front-end project planning, estimating, financial management, and performance measurement and tracking enables better risk profiling and management resulting in successful results.

Mr. Robert Knutson has 25 years of experience in research, utility operations and maintenance, and environmental planning and permitting and is the Vice President of Environmental Services for OMS Group, LLC. Mr. Knutson is primarily responsible for continuing development of environmental consulting services, applying his many years of experience as a utility industry consultant and business owner. Mr. Knutson has earned a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University and a M.S. in Entomology from the University of Missouri. He currently lives in Coeur D Alene, ID where he enjoys keeping bees, running chainsaws, and shoveling snow.

Mr. Roy Courtright is the Director of Program Management and Engineering Services for OMS Group, LLC. Mr. Courtright brings over 25 years of experience in engineering design, construction, QA/QC, and investigation/design/ implementation of remedial solutions to impacted sites in a variety of industries, including power, chemical/pharmaceutical, mining, government, and transportation.

Ms. Dari Burbano is the Field Operations Manager for OMS Group, LLC. vegetation management programs. Dari oversees all aspects of OMS' field operations, including staffing, quality assurance, production, scheduling, and continuous improvement. Dari also serves as OMS' primary client contact for vegetation management and related program service needs. Dari draws upon more than 15 years of prior experience where she has served in senior positions as a data and quality assurance lead, GIS specialist, supervising forester, and project manager.
