Over the past 28+ years, Mr. Buss has provided legal representation and title and escrow services for local, regional and national real estate developers, brokers, lenders and investors. Mr. Buss has personally served as Lead Counsel in over $2 Billion in acquisitions and financing of multifamily housing projects, commercial office buildings and commercial shopping centers.
Sue has been in the title and escrow business for over 10 years and is our post-closing recorder and shipper. She has been known to go to great lengths for a file to be closed and is willing to assist with anything post-closing.
Tonya is a Bilingual Closer and has over 25 years' experience in the real estate industry.
