Each morning we begin our day helping you focus on the new you doing what you want. In our heated exercise pool we have Aqua Zumba the newest and most affective exercise ever offered and it is taught by our own Certified Instructors. The fitness room is open and you can exercise on state-of-the-art equipment, join our running and walking clubs or biking group. You can warm up your golf game by visiting our putting and chipping course. The tennis court is open with classes or tournament play. Yoga class, Tai Chi is waking up your friends. Yes, we do sleep in; but when you get up The Palms is awake and ready to take you through your day. By the way we have a raging party by 10 AM every day during the week as floor Zumba lights your fire... Our 22,000 square foot community center hosts many events, activities, classes, and much more.
