Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of MA Financial Group and the Head of MA Financial Group Asset Management.
Andrew has over 30 years' experience in global investment as a principal investor and adviser across a range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, private equity and energy.
Prior to joining MA Financial Group Andrew was a Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management in Infrastructure and Private Equity.
Prior to that Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.
Previously Andrew was an investment banker with Rothschild, and served in the NSW Government Premier's Department and the Cabinet Office where he advised on the privatisation and corporatisation of infrastructure and utilities.
Andrew has also held senior positions in Australian and international law firms.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Andrew Pridham AO is the Group Vice Chairman of MA Financial Group.
Andrew has over 30 years' experience in investment banking and is the former Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Australia where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of J.P. Morgan's Australian business.
Andrew also spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia working in London and Singapore and was a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.
In 2009 he co-founded MA Financial Group. MA Financial Group was initially a 50:50 joint venture between NYSE listed global investment bank Moelis & Company and its Australian executives.
Andrew has been a director of AFL club the Sydney Swans since 2002 and the Chairman since 2013. He was raised in Adelaide and is an Alumnus of the University of South Australia.

Ashees is a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Credit Investments. He oversees all US portfolio investments and portfolio risk management. Ashees co-founded MA Asset Management in March 2013 and served as Chief Investment Officer until the acquisition by MA Financial Group in May 2023.
Ben Boyd - Managing Director
Ben is a Managing Director in Corporate Advisory for MA Moelis Australia.
He is Head of Real Estate and has experience spans across M&A, IPOs, listed equity raisings, wholesale capital raising, debt and strategic advisory.
Ben has over 20 years' experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he was Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Australia. Prior to that, Ben worked at UBS and Citi in Australia.

Ben Wong - Managing Director
Ben is a Managing Director in Corporate Advisory for MA Moelis Australia.
He is Head of Technology and covers the technology sector advising clients on a broad spectrum of transactions involving equity capital markets and M&A.
Ben has been with MA Moelis Australia since it was established and over 20 years' experience in investment banking and accounting.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he was previously in the investment banking team at JPMorgan and prior to that at PwC.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

Brad is the Head of Product Development. He oversees the new origination pipeline, new product initiatives, and firm capital planning. He also focuses on existing partnerships to develop further opportunities and value for shareholders.
Most recently, Brad was the Global Head of Front-End Trading and Finance at Nomura Securities and a member of the Fixed Income Americas Executive Committee, where he had daily responsibility for the global financing business and the short-term US Government and Agency Securities trading franchise. Prior to Nomura, Brad held a similar role as the Head of Global Financing and Front-End Trading at Bank of America Securities. Brad began his career at Lehman Brothers, spending over 20 years in various operational, management, and front-office trading roles.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College.
Brodie is a Managing Director in Corporate Advisory for MA Moelis Australia.
He has over 20 years' investment banking experience, with particular expertise advising clients in the consumer, agribusiness and general industrial sectors and extensive experience across public and private buy-side and sell-side processes, equity capital markets transactions and strategic advisory mandates.

Bryan Johnson is a Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales at MA Moelis Australia.
Bryan has 17 years' industry experience in emerging company research, sales and corporate finance including roles at JP Morgan and Elders Ltd.
He has broad experience across a range of sectors including contractors, agriculture and technology.
He has a diverse client base, including many of Australia's most prominent small to mid-cap fund managers.
Bryan holds a degree in Finance as well as an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide. He also holds a Master of Applied Finance degree from Finsia.

Chris Wyke is Joint Chief Executive Officer of MA Financial Group and was one of the founders of the company in 2009.
Chris has over 20 years' industry experience, including extensive private equity, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Chris has been involved with a broad range of clients and transactions, most recently the sale of TEN Network Holdings to CBS, the restructure and recapitalisation of both BIS Industries (A$1.1bn) and Slater and Gordon (A$730m), the purchase of the GE Consumer finance business (A$8.2bn), the reorganisations and control transactions of both Boart Longyear (US$352m), and Billabong (US$495m), the distressed acquisitions of both I-Med (A$1bn) and Channel 9 (A$3.4bn) on behalf of a syndicate of Special Situation / Private Equity investors.
Chris previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.

Colin Richardson is a Managing Director at MA Financial Australia.
Colin has over two decades of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory transactions across a variety of industries. He was most recently a Managing Director at Rothschild and was previously a Managing Director and Head of M&A for Australia and New Zealand at Citigroup and a Managing Director in M&A at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Colin worked at SG Hambros, formerly known as Hambros Bank, in Australia and the UK.

Frank is a Managing Director and Head of Credit Investments & Lending at MA Financial Group, having joined the firm over a decade ago.
He is responsible for MA's Global Credit Solutions platform, which invests across asset backed lending, corporate debt, bonds and credit opportunities verticals. Frank also has strategic oversight of the firm's Lending businesses, which include non-bank lending and financial technology platforms, and its principal credit initiatives.
Frank's background includes substantial experience in corporate advisory, where he focused on special situations, M&A and financial services transactions. Giles Boddy is the Chief Financial Officer of MA Financial Group.
Giles is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial services. During his career he has held a variety of roles including CFO, Chief Risk and Legal Officer and COO, and built significant experience in banking, mortgage broking, equities, wealth and asset management, franchises, corporate transactions and risk culture transformation.
Giles has held several senior leadership roles at Lendi Group, Aussie Home Loans, Commonwealth Bank and National Australia Bank, where he was instrumental in developing and building new businesses and products, rationalising, and improving business processes to better deliver financial services to customers.
Giles holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Janna Robertson is the Chief Operating Officer of MA Financial Group.
Janna has over 20 years' experience in financial services and has held roles at Deloitte and KordaMentha where she was focused on advising clients in relation to financial and operational restructuring and transformation, and performance improvement.

Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience as a commercial lawyer including as principal of Browne & Co Solicitors and Consultants, a practice he founded early in his career.
Jeffrey is Chairman of Premoso Pty Ltd (owner of business of "Holden Special Vehicles") and has been involved with Holden Special Vehicles since 2001 as a Non-Executive Director. He is the former Chairman at carsales.com Ltd, stepping down in 2018.

Prior to founding Moelis & Company, Ken was President of UBS Investment Bank and previously, Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ken began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Ken holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Kent is a Managing Director and Head of US Specialty Finance Investments. He has over 19 years of investment and operational business experience in fixed-income and private credit. He focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing transactions across all US private credit opportunities, with a focus on the Specialty Finance verticals. As part of his role, he also oversees the credit and due diligence framework for the US business and assists with portfolio construction and liability management.
Kent spent the first nine years of his career at UBS, where he most recently served as Director and Portfolio Manager. In that role, he jointly managed over $800 million in structured products and whole loans on behalf of the Swiss National Bank. As a Portfolio Manager, Kent specialized in risk management, cash flow modeling, and market surveillance. Before this role, he held various positions within the bank, including Head of Fund Treasury, Valuations Specialist (US Credit), and Business Unit Controller (Municipals).
