Agustin has over 15 years' experience in financial services. His areas of expertise covers fund accounting, fund launches, fund distribution, hedge fund administration and legal procedures, relationship with banks and services providers, portfolio valuation procedures, NAV calculation, Prime Brokerage, Compliance, KYC, fund structures, regulatory filings, among others. He is an Economist, and speaks, Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Akshay Thakurdesai has significant years of leadership experience in IT, Operations, Product and Business Development across Securities Services and Global markets business lines. Akshay previously led the securities services business for BNP Paribas in India prior to being the COO for the banks global markets business. He started his career in KPIT Cummins, Pune working on Deutsch Bank and BNP Paribas's projects shifting later to Chennai in pilot team setting up and grow BNP Paribas's offshore center servicing Asset Fund Services and Custody franchise. He has extensive work exposure in Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Hongkong and Paris, and well versed with English, French apart from Indian languages.
Alex has over 15 years' experience in the funds industry, specialising in Private Equity and Real Estate sectors. He currently oversees Apex's business across San Francisco and joined as part of the Apex acquisition of Equinoxe in 2017.

Aman is responsible for building and overseeing Apex Group's growth across all product lines. Aman joined Apex through the transition of Deutsche Bank's Alternative Fund Services business, where he was a member of the business' Management Team. Prior to this, Aman ran Strategy for Deutsche Bank's Securities Services franchise, leading inorganic/organic initiatives.
Andrew joined Sanne in 2019 and was appointed Chief Risk Officer for Apex upon acquisition. As CRO, Andrew is responsible for the oversight of risk-taking activities and supporting Apex in effective and efficient management of risk on an enterprise-wide basis. As a member of the Executive Committee, he is responsible for driving and developing Apex's risk framework, governance and reporting.
Andrew joined Apex in April 2019 to become the global Group's General Counsel. Most recently Head of Legal at Monzo Bank, Andrew has held senior roles at several prestigious law firms including Latham & Watkins. He has extensive expertise in cross-border M&A and joins Apex at a critical time of integration following several global acquisitions.
Andy has over 24 years' experience in the financial markets sector, most recently running global distribution in the sustainable investments division of Deutsche Asset Management. Having joined Apex in September 2019, Andy has specific responsibility for driving the Group's strategic ESG development.
Ankit joined Apex Group in March 2021 from QIC Global where he was Head of Investments & Treasury. As Head of Digital Banking, he is responsible for development and delivery of Digital Banking Offerings of the group. Ankit has 20 years of experience in Finance, Fund Operations, Investment management and Treasury across Financial services. Ankit is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and also an ACCA.

Anne Empain joined (FUNDROCK/The Apex Group) in October 2021 following the acquisition of ARM Swiss representatives SA by the Apex Group. In 2014 Anne co-founded and was CEO of ARM Swiss Representatives SA. Since then she assisted over 500 fund managers to market their fund in Switzerland in compliance with local rules. Anne has extensive experience in legal, compliance and product development for alternative asset managers. She has held various senior structuring and legal positions with EIM, UBP, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Anne is a Qualified English solicitor (Hogan Lovells) and has a Master of Law from the Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse. She has been based in Switzerland since 2003. She is a founding member of the Geneva Chapter of 100 Women in Finance. She holds a Corporate Governance certificate from INSEAD accomplished in 2018. Anne is a member of the board of directors of Bruellan SA since 2020 and Make A Wish Switzerland Foundation since 2021.

Barry is Chief Transformation and Integrations Officer and a member of the Apex Group Executive Committee. Barry's focus is on successfully and efficiently integrating newly acquired businesses as Apex continues to deliver returns through organic and inorganic expansion. Barry commenced his 20 year career in financial services as a corporate lawyer in Johannesburg in 2001 followed by 16 years in investment banking in London. During this time he was involved in a significant number of UK and cross-border equity capital market and M&A transactions. Most recently Barry was Head of J.P. Morgan's UK and SSA Equity Capital Markets business which led the majority of the UK tech IPOs in recent years and consistently achieved the top market share.
Bryan Atkinson is an experienced fund administration professional and is currently the managing director of Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited. Bryan has over 10 years' experience in the industry with a wide range of investment funds experience gained from his role as an accountant with Citigroup in Bermuda.

David joined Apex in December 2018 and as Global Head of Hedge Fund Products is responsible for the development of the Group's funds service solutions for open-ended funds globally. David has over twenty years' experience in the alternative investment space across operations, asset management and business development.
David has over 25 years of financial services experience. He joined Apex in October 2017, following the Group's recapitalization by Genstar Capital, in order to lead the Group's finance team throughout a period of transformational growth and expansion. Prior to joining Apex, David was CFO at Clarien Bank in Bermuda and before that Group Controller at Butterfield Bank.
David has close to 30 years experience in financial services. He spent his entire career in asset servicing and asset management, based in Luxembourg, London and Brussels. After spending the first few years of his career in operations, he covered a number of client facing roles, as well as general management since 2010. In April 2022, he joined EDB, entered the Board of Directors in May and took on the CEO role in June.

Prior to that, Debbie spent over a decade in various China-stationed consultancy roles. An accountant by training, Debbie started her career at KPMG Hong Kong.

Eamonn has 25 years of industry experience working in Hungary, Dublin and Luxembourg. He began his career in Allied Irish Bank's Treasury division before joining AIB International Financial Services' business in 1993. He was instrumental in the establishment of the now Apex business in Hungary and developing the business over 20 years.

Kerry joined Throgmorton, a subsidiary of Apex Group Ltd., in 2010, following distinguished spells at both HMRC and in mid-tier accounting firms. Throughout her career Kerry has specialised in value added tax and brings nearly 20 years of experience in both tax and commercial services.
Koshy has 30 years of operational and accounting experience being appointed as Managing Director of Apex Bahrain in April 2020. He has been based in the GCC since 1996 and came to Apex from StraitsBridge Advisors where he had been a Senior Director
Krishna has over 30 years of experience as CEO and COO. His previous roles include Head of Alternative Investments at BBVA, Head of Operations for Deutsche Asset Management, Head of Alternative Investment Products for TIAA, COO of S3 Partners, and Co-Head of Institutional Services at Morgan Stanley. He currently manages the US for the Apex Group focusing on business and client development.

Naveed Zamir has over 13 years' experiences in the Financial Services Industry. Naveed joined Apex in 2012 and currently holds the position as Head of Apex, Dubai.
Niall took over the position as Country Head and Senior Executive Officer of Apex Abu-Dhabi from December 2022. Prior to this Niall was Managing Director for Apex UK in 2017 following nearly two years as Operations Manager where he oversaw the management of the Apex UK Fund Accounting teams, prior to which he acted as a Senior Account Manager at Apex UK for four years. Niall has 20 years' experience in Fund Accounting , with an extensive technical knowledge of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Taxation and FCA Regulatory requirement. Before joining Apex Niall was previously Fund Accounting Manager at Sharefunds where he was lead Project Manager for an extensive fund transition project. Olga joined Apex Group in January 2022 as Head of Real Estate, Continental Europe. Olga brings over 15 years alternative investments experience to Apex Group. She established her career in a real estate and private equity Centre of Excellence for a global firm, ultimately reaching a senior management position. Now based in Luxembourg, Olga has held senior commercial, operational and management roles working with leading real estate and private equity clients across the capital spectrum. She joins from Vistra, where she was a Director and leader during a major transformation project for the firm. Bringing cross-functional, multilingual, real estate servicing expertise to Apex, Olga is instrumental in driving the development of our European platform and helping our clients to achieve their objectives.

Heading up our HR Consulting service line, Rachel brings over 20 years senior operational and strategic HR and Organisational Development experience gained in the consulting, financial services, healthcare and technology sectors. She gained valuable insight from within large global corporates such as BNP Paribas and VISA International to UK grown Companies such as Simplyhealth. In addition, Rachel has a wealth of experience of supporting startups and SMEs from previously running her own Consultancy Company. Renée brings comprehensive experience as an executive in operations, client success management and performance optimisation from financial technology and services markets in London and New York. At Dealogic, a global financial technology firm, she focused on building ‘client first' cultures, translating strategy into action. Renée joined MMC (now part of Apex Group) in May 2021 from Meredith Connell. In October 2022, Renée transitioned into the role as CEO of Apex Group New Zealand.

He co-founded GFin Corporate Services Ltd in Mauritius and that is now fully integrated into Apex as from February 2021. Tej continues to serve several asset managers as a board director in Europe and India.
Utz holds a degree in International Business Administration and also qualifications as a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant and a Certified Specialist PE and RE Administration. He has almost 20 years of professional experience in the financial markets. Before joining LRI, he worked for PwC, Bayerische Landesbank in Paris and KPMG.
Valerie joins Apex from SANNE GROUP to continue leading the firm's growth and performance across the APAC region. Valerie is a qualified Lawyer with a broad range of skills and experience, she is well positioned to lead Apex across APAC and continue to deliver its single-source solution.

Vikita Patel has steered and grown Apex's Human Resources team since joining the Group in 2018. Wilber joined Apex in 2010. He has extensive experience in the fund administration industry and has had exposure to all types of offshore fund structures. As Head of the Hong Kong office, he has overall responsibility for Apex's Hong Kong operations and service delivery, providing direction, support and guidance across sales and operations. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also holds HKICPA fellowship and, FRM.
Xavier Parain joined FundRock in January 2019. Prior to that, Xavier worked for 7 years at Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), where he held the position of Managing Director at the Asset Management Directorate. Xavier has also solid experience in the banking and asset management sectors and has held executive roles within major international organisations.
Yitz joined Apex as part of the acquisition of Tzur Management, an Israel-based fund administration business he founded in 2011. Yitz now oversees Apex's operations in Israel and brings over 20 years of experience in the asset management and financial services industries. He has extensive knowledge in fund operations and administration for alternative investment funds of all types.
