I enjoy my work and care about increasing mental health care access to military and disadvantaged individuals while enhancing medical staff wellbeing. As a senior mental health provider, I offer supervisory expertise, training, and consultation in military mental health, psychological readiness, resilience, and fitness for duty. This means that I help people in the military and those who are less fortunate get the mental health care they need. I also train other people to do the same thing. Finally, I do what I can to ensure that people in the military are ready to do their jobs both physically and mentally.
