As Director of Instructional Design & Development, Dwane Anthony focuses on the screening and hiring processes that determine the best candidates to place on Sedona's projects.
Dwane joined the Sedona Learning Solutions family in 2006 as an electronic medical records (EMR) trainer. In this role, Dwane was responsible for the training of all clinical and non-clinical staff for one of the largest hospital systems in Indiana, Clarian Health Partners (now IU Health). During this time, he was also selected to manage all staff training during the opening of Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, IN. Known for his expertise in training, project management and implementation, Dwane accepted a position at IU Health in 2009. There his positions ranged from lead instructor to project liaison, and finished with project manager.
In 2012, Dwane returned to Sedona Learning Solutions as Manager of Instructional Delivery, a role responsible for the training and development of instructional staff. He was promoted to Director of Fulfillment in 2014, allowing him to screen and select resources for all projects. He continues to develop the training program for his full-time and consultant trainers, strives to streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Before he entered the EMR industry, Dwane served our country for 21 years in South Korea, Germany, Afghanistan, and here at home. During his 21-year Army tenure, Dwane served in many roles-including as a classroom instructor for more than 10 years, facilitating a variety of military curricula and managing more than 200 soldiers.
His education and certifications include: a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management; certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI); member of the Delta Mu Delta business honor society; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; and Army Ranger, E8 (retired).
His favorite hobbies include traveling and photography. He loves spending time with his family and being a role model for his three girls.

And finally, Sedona. Because of our love for the Southwest, we wanted the name of our company to have a Southwest feel. Sedona evokes a peaceful vision of countenance. It is a place of warmth, hospitality, and renewal. The swash in our logo is a gentle reflection of the pathway we endeavor to follow-leading us upward as to the pinnacle of a desert mountain!

Kerry Kuehn founded Sedona Learning Solutions in 2006. This opportunity allowed him to combine his education background and his years of adult learning expertise, which include several years of independent EMR consulting on project management, curriculum design and instructional delivery.

Linda Hainlen is the Account Executive for Sedona Learning Solutions. Linda brings more than 25 years of proven experience as an EHR software training manager, and enjoys working with designers and instructors to develop the best solutions for Sedona's clients. One of her favorite parts of the job? Seeing the "lightbulb" moment-that moment when training really clicks for users.
Before joining the Sedona team, Linda served as Director of Learning Solutions for IU Health in Indianapolis, Indiana for 18 years. During that time she was responsible for end-user training for all EHR implementations in IU Health facilities across the state. Under Linda's leadership, her division at IU Health was awarded the highly prestigious ASTD Best award in 2011.
Linda is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator, and an international author and speaker. Her works include a white paper co-written with Jim Kirkpatrick on the topic of healthcare, and an American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Infoline on "Designing Informal Learning" that made the top 50 best sellers and was translated into 83 languages. She also is a contributing author to "Healthcare Technology Training", writing the chapters on designing training for best results and training evaluation.

As Director of Learning Operations, Tresa Tarbox travels nationwide working with employees, consultants, clients and partners to promote a productive and successful work environment-and still manages to have fun! Tresa has been an integral part of the Sedona team since 2008, and has served nearly every department, helping grow Sedona from infancy to what it is today.
Tresa's previous roles include Customer Service Specialist, Marketing Coordinator and Trade Show Account Manager. Her unique qualifications have circled home to Sedona, where she is committed to taking care of the customer first, and working with the entire team.
What Tresa enjoys most about working at Sedona is the ongoing comradery and tightknit family feel within the company. She values a company that is accountable to their clients and to each other.
Tresa is a Wichita, Kansas native, and migrated to the Phoenix area in the 90s, where she has two daughters. Growing up, Tresa wanted to be an interior designer-however, she learned early on, she doesn't have an ounce of decorating skills! In her free time, Tresa loves spending time with her friends and family, cruising, and taking in Broadway shows.
