Jane Matthews has 24 years of experience in the care industry. Jane initially worked within care homes as a support worker, then progressed to a managerial level after completing relevant training for the last 13 years, including experience in adult social care and dementia care. She has Levels 2 and 3 in health and social care and Level 5 in leadership in management in health and social care.
Maxine Ormiston qualified in 2004 with a Diploma in Adult nursing, recently completing her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Practice Degree in 2022. Maxine has over 20 years of experience working in the NHS in the hospital and community setting.
