Anthony initially joined OEG in a project capacity and now holds the position of Chief of Staff. In this role, he is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives and facilitation between the Board and the wider OEG group. Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Anthony worked on various OEG projects with a worldwide reach. He also played a key role in integrating two major competitors into OEG operations and reporting during a period of growth.
Anthony became a Chartered Accountant in 2000 (ICAEW) and gained experience in advisory roles with Big Four accounting firms. In 2011, he relocated to Aberdeen and after a brief stint in the Banking sector (Acquisition Finance) and a senior finance position at a start-up subsea engineering business, he joined OEG in 2015.

Bernhard has been involved in the offshore renewables sector since its inception, serving as a vessel manager for tugboats and jack-up barges since 2002. He was responsible for overseeing oil spill response and salvage teams along the German coast.
He then successfully managed large-scale projects in the oil & gas industry before founding and leading Opus Marine GmbH, a leading German Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) provider for the offshore wind industry.
Bernhard was appointed Europe Director for OEG Renewables after the acquisition of OPUS Marine GmBH in 2022.

Caroline joined OEG Energy Group as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer in February 2024.
She is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the OEG Energy Group brand and developing and driving the execution of the company's marketing and communications strategy across its target markets.
Previously, Caroline was the Marketing & Communications Director at Ashtead Technology, where she led the company's brand and marketing function and supported the business with its successful IPO on London's AIM market. Prior to this, she held senior marketing & communication roles at Glacier Energy, Subsea 7 and Proserv.
Chris joined OEG Renewables in 2023 leading the subsea division having previously worked with acquired company Hughes Subsea Services. He is a Chartered Engineer with a 20 year career in civils, marine construction, and renewables services project management leading to commercial and corporate business roles with Technip, Subsea 7 and DOF Subsea.
During his professional career, Chris has worked within a number of leading construction and energy services companies in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa gaining invaluable practical experience whilst enjoying the team ethic and team leadership role.

- Regional Director - Middle East
Chris has worked in the Middle East for 18 Years with 6 of those years being focused on Qatar and Eastern Provence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Furthermore Chris has 15 Years of experience in the equipment rental industry across multiple segments such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, & Down Stream), Construction, Events, and Infrastructure dealing in niche and specialised mechanical and non-mechanical equipment types.
Clive Hoskisson is the Managing Director of OEG Offshore UK Ltd.
He has a diverse background in commercial management and financial sales, with experience in the oil and gas industry since 2012. Clive is a veteran of the Armed Forces, specifically the Royal Navy Submarine Service.
His career includes working with Harran Ltd, a leading offshore aviation services and tank rental company, and now integrated into OEG Offshore, where he gained wide-ranging operational and management experience.
In 2015, Clive joined OEG as part of a collaborative project to supply Perenco in Great Yarmouth, serving as OEG's agent. In 2017, he became the Managing Director of Harran Ltd, and in 2021, he assumed the role of Managing Director of OEG Offshore UK.
Daniel joined OEG in September 2009 and is based in OEG's APAC regional headquarters in Singapore. He holds a key position in the company, with overall responsibility for the design development, technical aspects, quality control, and global logistic distribution of OEG Offshore's Cargo Carrying Units (CCUs). In addition, Daniel oversees Chinese factory relationships.
Prior to joining OEG, Daniel worked for Coruweld Malaysia, a provider of offshore temporary office modules. With 25 years of experience in offshore A60 Zone-rated cabins, as well as CCU manufacturing and rental, Daniel plays a crucial role in the growth and development of the Cryogenic tank division.
David Carr - Chief Commercial Officer
David joined OEG Energy Group as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2024.
Responsible for leveraging opportunities across the Group, developing new markets and business lines, and delivering long term value to our customers and shareholders.
Previously Senior Vice President at Helix Energy Solutions Group where he secured global service agreements with major corporates like Exxon Mobil and Chevron and developed new business models in the decommissioning and offshore renewables segments.
David holds a first-class Mechanical Engineering degree from Salford University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.
David has over 30 years' experience in the energy industry and joined OEG in June 2023 as Non-Executive Chairman.
A member of the Scottish Government's Ministerial Trade Board, which was established to support and boost Scotland's exports and a Non-Executive Director of the Energy Transition Zone. David is also Chairman of Proserv, the ‘all energy' controls technology company.
Prior to serving as Chairman of Proserv which he took up in June 2022, David was Group CEO having joined Proserv in 2018 as CEO. Prior to that David was CEO of JDR Cable Systems. He has also held the positions of UK President for Aker Solutions, leading a combination of Aker's portfolio businesses across the subsea, topsides and engineering sectors and various executive roles globally with FMC Technologies latterly as Managing Director UK and subsequently Director of Global Subsea Operations based in Houston.

David joined OEG as Group Financial Controller in September 2023.
Responsible for the consolidation and development of the OEG group finance strategy and accounting functions within OEG Offshore and OEG Renewables. David has over 24 years' experience in the oil services sector, holding senior financial controller roles at BJ Services/Baker Hughes and TETRA Technologies.
Doug joined OEG in October 2023 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Eric was appointed Managing Director for the OEG Renewables Group (OEGR) after the acquisition of Manor Energy Group (MEG) in February 2022.
Eric has an extensive background in the maritime industry. With 18 years of experience at sea, during which he attained the rank of Master Mariner, Eric has a wealth of knowledge in operating a fleet of vessels. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in the offshore wind, wave, and tidal sectors, offering his expertise in marine operations, vessel chartering, and contract management for various innovative and demanding projects.
During his tenure at Sealion, Eric was accountable for overseeing vessel performance and maintenance while on charter to major companies such as Total, Subsea 7, and Halliburton. Under his leadership, the fleet expanded to over 25 construction vessels. Furthermore, his role as the Head of Marine Operations at Metoc saw him transform the environmental consultancy into a highly profitable division, resulting in a significant increase in turnover and enhanced EBITDA margin. This success ultimately led to the company's acquisition by Intertek.
As the Managing Director of SeaRoc, Eric successfully repositioned the consultancy to have a construction-focused approach, leading to a remarkable revenue growth from £1.8 million annually to over £13 million in just two years. His strategic vision and leadership played a pivotal role in turning around the company's financial performance.

Gavin has been a valuable member of the Modex Energy team since 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in business development and international sales. In 2021 Gavin moved to the new position of Global Commercial Director after OEG's acquisition of Modex.
With over 20 years in the energy industry, Gavin previously served as the Regional Sales Manager of Suretank Ltd.
Gavin holds an MBA in Business/Management Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
As the Global Commercial Director, Gavin plays a crucial role in driving OEG Offshore's growth and success on a global scale.
Grant joined OEG in July 2021 as the Group's Head of Tax.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with EY, Grant spent time both on the UK tax desk in New York and on international tax projects for some of the largest multinational energy companies in a central global tax role.
Grant also has in-house tax experience as the International Tax Manager for the drilling contractor KCA Deutag.

Jens became a part of OEG in 2021 after the acquisition of Modex Energy. He is responsible for Modex in Norway and brings with him 30 years of experience in the offshore sector.
Jens has played a pivotal role in the development of Euro Offshore/Modex and previously served as the Project Manager of Norsk Hydro.
Joanne joined OEG as Group Corporate Development and M&A Manager in June 2023.
Responsible for the initiation, evaluation, and completion of acquisitions, to execute OEG's growth strategy to expand the service offering and global footprint.
Joanne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and has 15 years' experience in corporate finance working as an advisor and as part of a private equity backed energy company on multiple acquisitions globally, predominantly in energy markets.
John Aw joined OEG in July 2009 and established Singapore as the headquarters in the region. His main responsibility was to develop OEG's business in ASEAN countries and expand into Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan. He ensured that the region aligned with OEG's growth strategy.
John received his education in the United States and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in International Business.
John joined OEG as Chief Executive Officer in 2008.
Responsible for driving the growth of OEG in its market from #5 in the UK to #1 globally.

Kevin Saroop joined OEG Offshore in 2013.
As the Regional Director for the Caribbean and South America region, he is responsible for all business-related activities. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its access to new markets in countries such as Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, and Colombia.
Kevin joined OEG in 2022 and has extensive experience in submarine cable engineering and construction operations. His previous positions include Senior Operations Manager, Head of Commercial, and Country Manager for UK-based offshore wind companies.
Kevin holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the National Taiwan University and has authored "The Integrated Plan of Taiwan's Ports Development (2017 2021)" for the Ministry of Transportation & Communication (MOTC).
Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairperson for the Submarine Cable and Pipeline Affairs Committee in the Taiwan Wind Energy Association and as the Secretary General for the National Marine Engineering Association.
Leif Cooper is the Marine Director of OEG Renewables, responsible for the OEGR Fleet of 16 wind farm support vessels.
With a background as a vessel Master, Leif has been working in the offshore renewables sector since 2008 and joined MRE in 2018 as Operations Director. He has previously worked for E.on, RWE, Scottish Power Renewables, and SSE, providing offshore construction management for various scopes such as foundation, substation, and WTG installation. Based in OEGR's Portland office, Leif also oversees fleet maintenance and new vessel acquisition.
Leslie joined OEG in 2018 as HSEQ Manager EMEA, before taking on his current role in 2023.
Responsible for driving OEG's HSEQ Culture, and leadership across all regions.

Lisa joined OEG as Group Sustainability Manager in August 2023.
Responsible for leading OEG's sustainability roadmap towards net zero.
Previous experience predominantly in environmental compliance and assurance activities in the offshore sector.

Lorraine joined OEG in 2013 and is responsible for developing OEG's marketing function. She transitioned to her current role as Group Marketing Manager in 2021.
Lorraine is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has over 25 years of global B2B marketing experience in the oil and gas, underwater engineering, and marine energy sectors.
Before joining OEG, Lorraine held marketing positions at ScanTech Offshore, Vp plc Airpac Rentals, and Ashtead Technology.
Lorraine graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, is CIM qualified in Strategic Analysis and Decision Making and has recently obtained a Diploma in Strategic Digital Marketing.

Melanie serves as the Group Finance Director at OEG Renewables, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the finance functions and driving the growth of the renewables group.
With a background as a Chartered Accountant, Melanie brings a wealth of experience garnered from working within private equity-backed businesses and international group structures.

Patrick joined OEG in 2014 through the company's acquisition of Australian businesses Oilfield Resource Rentals Pty Ltd and Offshore Cryogenic Solutions Pty Ltd. His responsibilities include overseeing the business management, performance, and implementation of OEG's strategy in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the wider Oceania region.
With over 25 years of experience, Patrick has been involved in owning, managing, and operating various privately owned local and international businesses, particularly in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry. Notably, he spent 4 years at BP Australia's downstream business in Melbourne and Sydney offices.
Patrick holds qualifications in commerce, banking, and management, including a Bachelor of Commerce, a postgraduate Diploma in Finance & Investment, and a Diploma in Business Management.
Paul joined OEG as Treasury Manager in January 2022.
Responsible for the Group Treasury function, overseeing cash and liquidity management and all Treasury operations. Previously Treasury Manager of FirstGroup PLC, the FTSE 250 transport operator, Paul has over 15 years' experience working in a range of Treasury roles.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2020.

Ramon Joined OEG as an Operations Manager in 2017 and was promoted to his current role as General Manager in 2022.
He is responsible for expanding market presence, increasing competitiveness and customer service, and developing opportunities in Brazil and other countries in South America.
Ramon graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Project Management and has 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas overseeing Operations, Maintenance and Business Development.

Rob joined OEG in July 2012 as VP International Business Development.
Responsible for driving OEG's trading activities across continental Europe and Africa.
Rob has over 30 years' international experience in senior positions within the marine asset market, having lived and worked in both the UK and the United States.
Toby assumed the role of Operations Director for the OEG Renewables Group (OEGR) after the acquisition of Manor Energy Group (MEG) in February 2022. With several companies now falling under the OEGR umbrella, Toby is tasked with identifying collaborative project opportunities within the renewables wind sector.
Before joining OEGR, Toby served as the COO and founding member of MEG in 2013 and led the company to become a prominent provider of offshore temporary power for the offshore wind market over a span of 10 years.
Toby is a holder of a Master Mariner certificate and served as the Master of the World's inaugural Turbine Installation Vessel from 2003 to 2006.
