Bristol-born Joe has over 9 years experience in IT recruitment, in both Bristol, and Gloucestershire, and has worked at GB Solutions since 2018.
Joe has a thorough understanding of the IT market, and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends and technologies. So he is the perfect match to head up our GB Tech division.
Outside of work, Joe spends most of his free time with his beautiful daughter, Ruby. He is also a keen supporter of Bristol Rovers FC. Although the majority of his weekends are spent with Ruby, he occasionally manages to show his support for the ‘Blue Army' at the Memorial Stadium.
Joe is also a Gloucestershire and England Cricket fan and loves to visit the Oval whenever he gets chance.

Lea is our longest-standing recruiter, having joined GB Solutions in August 2015, with over 11 years experience. Heading up our Sales division, and more recently our Commerce desk. Lea specialises in sales, account management, telesales, eCommerce, and more.
Born and bred in Gloucestershire Lea has fab local knowledge. In and amongst her day job, Lea has conducted an array of cookery qualifications to fulfil her passion for food - we actively encourage this kind of ‘edible' passion.
Lea is a lively team member, always making everyone smile with her quick wit and natural warmth. She loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends, the odd cheeky holiday, and cooking up a storm.
Mike started his career in Accountancy with Royal Worcester Spode before moving to MSF (Countrywide Farmers plc) in management accounting and credit management roles. His hands-on knowledge proved invaluable in understanding customers' needs. Progressing into a career in recruitment, Mike has gained over 20 whopping years of experience spanning qualified and non-qualified staff across industry, practice and not-for-profit sectors.
Eager to offer a more tailored service to clients and break away from the large company culture, Mike co-founded GB Solutions in 1999 at the age of 28.
Living in Worcester with his wife, two grown-up children, cocker spaniel Dexter and a varying number of other pets, Mike is actively involved in community events. He is a Founder and Trustee of Norton Community Trust, a former member of the Interim Executive Board for Dursley C of E Primary School, Former Chairman and Welfare Officer for his local cricket club and plays in a local skittles league, which is really just a cover for going to the pub midweek. Mike is passionate about career coaching and has links with the University of Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire College, Hartpury College as well as appearing on BBC Local Radio.
Mike is an avid sports fan supporting Worcester Warriors, Worcestershire County Cricket Club and Worcester City FC, which goes down very well in Gloucestershire!
Sarah joined us in September 2022, bringing with her over 4 years experience in recruitment, and 1 years experience as a work coach.

Sophia joined GB Solutions in 2021, and has over 7 years experience in recruitment, priding herself on her people skills.
Sophia heads up our HR, Legal, and Marketing desks. Sophia enjoys a busy working environment and as a self-confessed talk and workaholic, Sophia loves to meet new people and find them their dream roles. She is best known as ‘The Fairy Job Mother'.
Sophia spends time with her daughter and enjoys musical theatre in her spare time.

Tess grew up in the thriving city of Birmingham where she studied English Literature. She has lived in both Cheltenham and Gloucester for the past decade. In her spare time, you can find her buried in a book, or spending time with her cocker spaniel, Alfie.
Tess joined GB Solutions in 2018, she assists our Consultants in their day-to-day needs, heads up our Social Media platforms, writes blogs, and deals with all things Marketing, as our Operations & Marketing Manager. She is a keen writer and enjoys nothing more than getting stuck into a blog topic or creating newsletters for our clients and candidates.
During Covid, she freelanced as a Copy Writer and Social Media Specialist for a number of companies, from fashion brands to home improvement businesses.

Tom joined GB Solutions in 2021, and now has over 2 years experience in recruitment.
Growing up in a small village pub, Tom has always enjoyed interacting with people and has an eagerness to help others. His interest in Finance meant that after his A-levels he decided to study Economics at City University of London. As a Chelsea season ticket holder moving to London was ideal as he was able to get to more games alongside his degree.
Toms ambition to travel took him to Asia, The World Cup in Russia, before ending up spending a year living and working in Sydney. Working for an electrical wholesaler Tom was always on the road making sure clients had the necessary materials and tools they needed.
Away from work Tom enjoys keeping active in the gym and is also a very keen Golfer with a handicap of 2. He has really enjoyed his friends embracing the sport and has recently set up the Cotswold Golf Society which he hopes will allow more opportunities for young adults of all abilities to play golf.
