Changing Chances CIC was founded in 2019 by Kit Messenger and Alison Rendle to change the conversation about how society can help children and young people to be at their best, no matter what life throws in their way... We are Changing Chances CIC®, a community interest company that is on a mission to improve the life chances of every child and young person, especially those who struggle at home, in the classroom and beyond. We provide training to all the adults around the child: parents and carers; teachers; school leaders; police officers; social workers and all professionals working with children... Our aim is to change the way that children and young people are supported at home, at school and in their communities. We work on behalf of all children and young people, and especially those who are struggling as a result of their life experiences or due to their neuro-divergence.
