Alice joined Robinson & Hall in September 2021 as a Rural Chartered Surveyor working in our busy Rural Property & Business department. She brings a good deal of experience having spent five years working for a national surveying firm in Hertfordshire. At Robinson & Hall Alice deals with local landowners and farmers regarding a wide range of areas within farm and estate management, including professional and tenancy matters. She is looking forward to broadening her experience and expertise, providing sound professional advice for the local rural community. Alice became a RICS Registered Valuer in November 2021. Outside of work, Alice enjoys playing sport, including hockey and netball and is keen to get into triathlons, gardening and finishing off the work to her new house. She has also been a member of Bedfordshire Young Farmers and now holds the role of County Efficiency Judge, travelling the County meeting all the members. Qualifications & Achievements

Andrew retired from Robinson & Hall in December 2021 but still has an active role as a Consultant. He has over 20 years' experience working on planning and development projects on behalf of various private owners and organisations, ranging from large urban extensions to smaller sites, including residential barn conversions and farmyard redevelopment. Using his considerable professional experience, Andrew is particularly well known for generating additional value from land and property through option/planning promotion agreements and identifying opportunities or alternative uses for existing buildings.

Originally from a Buckinghamshire farming family, Andrew has worked for Robinson & Hall for over 24 years and provides expertise in all aspects of rural land management. Working on behalf of a range of clients, including traditional landed estates, family and charitable trusts, pension funds and owner occupiers, he applies this first-hand experience to his work.

Andrew grew up on a family farm in the Cotswolds and studied a BSc in Land Management at Reading University. Andrew joined Robinson & Hall in September 2005 as an Assistant Surveyor and two years later qualified to become a Rural Surveyor. He has since been promoted to Partner. Working as part of the Rural Property & Business team based in our Bedford and Buckingham offices, Andrew advises on landlord and tenant law, farm and estate management, rent reviews, valuation and various farm support schemes. He also arranges finance for rural businesses as Agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation PLC and acts for a number of landowners in Option, Promotion and Hybrid Agreements. Andrew still works on the family farm at weekends and in his spare time enjoys travelling, shooting and watching rugby. Qualifications & Achievements

Calum joined Robinson & Hall in December 2022 as Head of Residential Lettings. Originally from London, Calum has previous experience in working for both corporate and independent estate agencies and has worked with a range of clients and a wide variety of residential properties. He then moved to Bedford to gain experience as a Business Development Manager looking after the lettings department for several offices across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Calum manages the Residential Lettings team at Robinson & Hall and is responsible for maintaining our large portfolio of lettings properties and ensuring that our landlords and tenants are provided with outstanding advice and customer service. His goal is to further develop his knowledge in an ever-changing industry. In his spare time, Calum enjoys travelling, landscape photography and is a keen footballer.

Darren is a technically minded, practical and experienced architectural technologist and enjoys evaluating and analysing situations. He has gained a wealth of experience in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. His remit of work at Robinson & Hall is surveying, creating initial sketch schemes, preparing drawings for planning applications / listed building consent, designing detailed working drawings for building control approval and specification writing. Outside of work, Darren enjoys keeping fit through cycling, running and using cardiovascular machines. He also enjoys detailed scratch build model making of model railways and has a portable layout which is 8.5m long and has been published in a top selling magazine. His local agricultural roots, combined with his extensive experience across the country and strong negotiation skills, put him in good stead to advise on a varied range of urban and rural property transactions. His knowledge, expertise and business acumen means he is always involved in crucial business decisions. David currently heads up our agency team which consists of development land, agricultural and commercial sales. He is also a qualified auctioneer and can be found on the rostrum at our Auction House Robinson & Hall auctions throughout the year, rapidly concluding at the drop of his gavel. David's experience in the handling of strategic development land across our region is second to none. Together with his team, he is involved in a wide range of urban expansions, new townships and energy projects. David Sawford

David joined Robinson & Hall in 1996 and has since become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He manages the drawing office and has built up extensive knowledge of construction methods and building use types, both in the design and project management of building works. He advises and acts on all aspects of property, including condition surveys, defect analysis, planning issues, building regulations, procurement, contract administration and project management. With extensive experience in commercial, agricultural and domestic projects, David's all round knowledge and background proves particularly valuable where building functionality may change or on mixed-use sites. His key achievements to date, include project management of restoration and refurbishment works to a Grade II* listed property of regional importance and being involved in excess of £5 million worth of construction work in the last two years. Outside Robinson & Hall, David carries out some voluntary work and is the past President of the Bedfordshire based Surveyors 1921 club. David likes the outdoors, walking with his dogs and supporting his wife at dog agility competitions. Qualifications & Achievements

David has been involved in all aspects of commercial property for over 30 years working in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, concentrating principally on valuations. He has also been involved in the management of individual offices within a national organisation and has acted for clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties throughout the UK. David joined Robinson & Hall in 2011 and has taken an active role in growing and strengthening our expanding Commercial Property Department. He specialises in conducting valuations, together with providing advice on development, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations. Outside Robinson & Hall, David is a keen walker and is currently looking for a new challenge which could involve a charity walk with other staff members. Helen has been working for Robinson & Hall since 2004 coming from a legal background which included spending 10 years working in a large solicitors' office in London. Helen has worked in various different departments at Robinson & Hall before settling in Residential Lettings where she has worked since 2008. Helen mainly deals with administration for the Residential Lettings department and prides herself on her attention to detail. She also helps out regularly at the sales auctions. Hugo joined Robinson & Hall as Assistant Development Surveyor in July 2021. He studied at Harper Adams University gaining a degree in Rural Property Management. During the placement year Hugo worked for Pilkington Farms Partnership and Fisher German. He then worked for Harvard Knight and Harvard Knight Construction as Land and Planning Manager, working within the development and construction team, liaising with clients, agents, landowners, architects, planners and councils to develop and construct large scale development opportunities across multiple sectors, particularly in the hospitality and care sector. Hugo looks forward to working within the Land Sales and Strategic Development team on developing his skills, whilst studying towards his APC submission. Outside of Robinson & Hall Hugo enjoys nice food, wine making, traveling, skiing and sailing. Qualifications & Achievements
