Andreas has worked in different positions the Finnish hospitality industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Heimstaden, he was involved in the creation and launch of the hybrid concept VALO Hotel & Work.

Fredrik is an experienced politician who led the New Moderates for 12 years and served as Sweden's Prime Minister for two terms. After retiring from politics in 2015, Fredrik has had assignments as an advisor to Nordic Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Fredrik's current assignment is as Chairman of the Board of the Center for AMP and the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative.

Kristian Fredrik has more than 20 years' experience as General Manager in the Norwegian hospitality industry, holding top positions in Scandic Hotels and Rica Hotels. Kristian has been with Heimstaden since 2022 and holds a dual role as Head of Letting in Heimstaden Norway.

Maria Petersson has a long and diversified experience of executive positions at companies such as Ragn Sells and Tetra Pak. She has been Country Manager since 2015, and before that she acted as Chief Financial Officer. Maria has been at Heimstaden since 2007.
Michael has extensive experience from the real estate and property management industry from various domestic and international companies. Prior to joining Heimstaden, Michael spent 14 years with the INGKA Group, covering several positions such as Development Director in Europe, Managing Director in Spain and European Regional Asset Manager.
