Chinh Mai is the Founder & CEO of Cloud Elemental. He has 25+ years of consulting experience and 13+ years of Cloud migration experience, previously holding roles at EDF and HSBC.
Jim has over 20 years of IT infrastructure experience and has spent the latter part of over 14 years in sales and pre-sales for tech start-ups. He drives Cloud Elemental's sales and development.
Kim has 20+ years experience specialising in Prime Services, Risk Management, and Hedge Funds for 11+ years. He focuses on supporting Cloud Elemental with day-to-day operations.
Kannen architects Cloud solutions, optimises infrastructure, and automates deployments. A graduate of the Elemental Academy, he applies his expertise in DevOps, the Well-Architected Framework, and pipelines to drive scalable and resilient Cloud environments.
Lucy drives Cloud Elemental's. marketing strategy, building brand presence in the Cloud space. With a focus on audience engagement and data-driven insights, she executes initiatives to amplify reach and drive business growth.
Matt has over 20 years of experience in Programme & Project Management, and delivering complex, multi-workstream technical change portfolios.
Mitul is a QA professional with 16+ years of experience in test case design, web testing, and methodologies like regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Skilled in team management, communication, and test planning, he is proficient in STLC, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall. Mitul is certified in Selenium with Java automation and adept in tools such as MS SQL, Oracle, Postman, JIRA, and Bugzilla for API and bug tracking.
Mohammad oversees Cloud Elemental's back-office operations, streamlining processes and ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality.
Patryk specialises in Cloud automation, infrastructure optimisation, and DevOps best practices. A graduate of the Elemental Academy, he applies his expertise in CI/CD, security, and Cloud architecture to build scalable and resilient systems.
Phuc specialises in DevOps and Cloud engineering, building scalable infrastructure and automating deployments. With expertise in AWS, Python, and Terraform, he helps to build our Cloud solutions whilst mentoring his fellow Elementals.

Proficient in Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cypress, and CI/CD tools, he excels in designing automation frameworks and integrating testing into development workflows. He is passionate about enhancing software quality through automation and best practices.
Roshan automates Cloud deployments and enhances infrastructure. He has made contributions towards developing bespoke solutions such as EC2 HA and Self-Healing. Roshan helps drives value for Cloud Elemental through his knowledge of database auditing, terraform, AWS and data-analysis.
Sagar is a Senior QA professional with 10 years of experience, specialising in manual testing, including black box, smoke, sanity, functional, and regression testing. He has hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger, and knowledge of automation with Selenium, TestNG, and Maven.
Sam engineers Cloud solutions, builds scalable infrastructure, and automates deployments. He joined Cloud Elemental through the Elemental Academy, applying his expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud security to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Sandra specialises in Cloud automation, infrastructure optimisation, and DevOps best practices. A graduate of the Elemental Academy, she applies her expertise in CI/CD, security, and Cloud architecture to build and advise on scalable and resilient systems.
Scott designs and implements DevOps solutions, optimising Cloud infrastructure and automation strategies. With expertise in AWS, Terraform, and database management, he enhances system reliability and scalability while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation for Cloud Elemental.
