David Elliott

David is a Partner and founding member of Pantheon's Real Estate team, where he focuses on providing liquidity capital solutions across real estate markets and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, David was a senior member of the real estate team at GI Partners overseeing its real estate platform investment and management activity. David graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University.

Ella House

Helen is a Partner in Pantheon's European Investment Team and the co-manager of our listed global private equity investment trust, Pantheon International Plc. She is a member of the International Investment Committee. Helen joined Pantheon in 2004 from Russell Investments in Paris where she was Managing Director with overall responsibility for private equity in Europe. Prior to joining Russell in 1999, Helen worked as Director, European Private Equity with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and was a senior investment manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada in Montréal. Helen received a BA and an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. Helen is a Past Chair and Council member of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and served on the Board and LP Council of Invest Europe. She is also a co-founder of Level 20, a non-profit organization established to inspire women to join and succeed in the private equity industry.

Jeff Miller

Jeff is a Partner, Co-Head of Investment and Global Head of Private Equity. He is also Global Head of Co-investments, leading all underlying co-investment activities and team management, and is a member of Pantheon's Global Partnership Board and International Investment Committee. Prior to joining Pantheon, Jeff was a Principal at Allied Capital where he was responsible for evaluating and executing private equity and mezzanine investments. Previously, he was a Vice President in Lehman Brothers' investment banking division. Jeff received his MBA with Honors from Northwestern University and a BA in economics and mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jie Gong

Jie is a Partner in Pantheon's Asia Investment Team and the co-manager of our listed global private equity investment trust, Pantheon International Plc. Jie is a member of the ESG Committee and Inclusion & Diversity Committee. Jie joined Pantheon from Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners' private equity fund of funds group, where she was head of Asia, and before that she worked at JP Morgan in leverage finance. Previously she worked at the International Finance Corporation on emerging market debt and equity investments. Jie received a Masters in Finance from London Business School, an MA in Economics from University of Miami and a BA in Economics and International Trade from Shanghai International Studies University. Jie is Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) and serves on its board. She founded and chairs HKVCA's ESG committee, and also chairs its Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She was a committee member of United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment Private Equity Advisory Committee (UNPRI PEAC) in 2017-2019 (maximum tenure).

Paul is Pantheon's Managing Partner and is a member of its Partnership Board and Executive Committee. Paul joined Pantheon from Lehman Brothers Private Equity Group, where he was Investment Director. Previously, he worked for Lehman Brothers Investment Bank in both New York and London on M&A and corporate finance advisory services and, prior to that, was a management consultant for PA Consulting. Paul received a BSc from the University of Leeds and an MBA from London Business School.

Robin Bailey

Robin is a Partner and Pantheon's Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for operations, finance, tax and accounting globally. Robin is a member of Pantheon's Partnership Board, Executive Committee and Risk Committee. Before joining Pantheon, Robin worked in the Investment team of Ipex Capital, an early-stage venture capital company based in London, prior to which he worked for Deloitte in its London Corporate Finance Advisory practice. Robin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Warwick University.

Roman Braslavsky

Roman is a Partner and Head of Pantheon Real Estate. He has over 20 years' of private markets investing experience, 15 of which have been focused on North American real estate investing. Prior to joining Pantheon, Roman was a Managing Director at GI Partners and a founding member of its real estate strategy, which focused on platform investments and recapitalizations. Before this he was an investment professional in Morgan Stanley's real estate division, having started his career in private equity working for Stonington Partners in New York. Roman received a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and a master's from The Wharton School.

Susan Long McAndrews

Susan is a Partner in Pantheon's U.S. investment team and leads Pantheon's global business development. She is a member of Pantheon's Partnership Board, Executive Committee, International Investment Committee and is the Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Pantheon, Susan was a principal at Capital Z Partners based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for executing investments in private equity funds and in fund management companies. In addition, Susan was a director at Russell Investments from 1995 to 1998 in its private equity group after starting her career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Susan received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in International Studies and Economics and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies, where she also worked as a research assistant at the Hoover Institution. Susan has served on the Board of the American Investment Council, the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Vicki Bradley

Prior to joining Pantheon, Vicki held a number of investor relations and communications roles at FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies as well as at a Dutch-listed investment trust. Vicki has a BA Hons in Modern Languages.
