She has successfully managed a range of healthcare projects, managed two healthcare programmes and is an accredited Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner. Marie facilitates teams, communicates vision & strategy, engages with public & staff, identifies objectives and processes, delivers on time, strives for improved quality, performance and value. She is self-motivated and enjoys a 'hands on' approach to achieve the end result. As Business Manager in a large NHS Foundation Trust for Community Health & Mental Health Services Marie had responsibility for successful programme & project management; delivery of effective governance & adherence to quality standards; maintaining contractual performance management and financial scrutiny & monitoring.

Nicola McDonald

Nicola has 14 years' experience in programme management, project management, performance improvement and business administration within the healthcare industry and most recently was the Deputy Head of Business, Performance and Quality for a large NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to this, Nicola held a number of positions within the private and independent sectors. Her experience across different sectors has enabled her to develop a broad range of transferable skills and to understand and translate strategy, policy and governance frameworks to operational delivery as well as appreciate the vital role organisational culture plays in the effective management of change. Nicola's particular focus is on structures and processes that enable effective management and governance. Nicola holds a PgDip in Health and Social Care Management, is an accredited Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner and applies the principles of PRINCE2 in the management of projects whilst striking a balance between structure and pragmatism to secure engagement and ensure effective delivery.

Nicole Wicks

Nicole has over 20 years' experience in the education sector, with a particular focus on ensuring structures and processes are enablers to effective management and governance. Working with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) nationally, she has successfully lead teams on operational aspects including creating effective Trust processes, academy conversions, regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, contract management and building maintenance planning. Nicole has extensive expertise in supporting maintained schools and Academy Trusts with complex governance matters; this has included delivery of bespoke governor training courses nationwide, conducting Governor Mark assessments and undertaking External Reviews of Governance. In 2016, Nicole was appointed by the Church of England Education Office (CEEO) as the national advisor championing the Free Schools Initiative with dioceses and advising them about new schools, backed up by a proven track record of supporting proposer groups with applications, bid writing and project management.
