Ben has over 6 years' experience within the sales industry from selling new builds off plan to traditional residential sales. In his spare time Ben enjoys being active by going to the gym, playing sports and running after his two young children.
Benjamin has worked in the business for over 10 years and has gained extensive experience in the local area. He has an excellent understanding of the level of service and unique skills required to sell houses at any level. Ben lives locally and brings his excellent customer service and sales skills to the Hadleigh Team.
Historically part of Worcestershire, Kings Norton has become a Birmingham City Council ward and is situated 6.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre. It's a well-connected city with several railway lines and bus routes. With a long and deep history, this area still retains some of its early ‘village' characteristics, which is prevalent at the St. Nicholas' Church that dates back to the 13th century. Another key point of interest is Kings Norton Park, an urban park that has skateboarding facilities.
With over ten years' experience in lettings and property management in Harborne and surrounding areas, Tracy supports Thomas on all aspects of lettings operations. Tracey helps clients through the entire rental process. Outside of work, she is a keen badminton player and enjoys regular weekends away.
