Having lived in and around Cranleigh for more than 40 years, Edward is a font of local knowledge.
Edward's parents moved to Cranleigh from Haywards Heath in 1980 and he joined Roger N Coupe in 1991, just three weeks after the firm was established by Roger Coupe.
Edward proceeded to work his way up from junior negotiator to manager to junior partner and then partner. Along the way, he also met his wife, Caroline, when she joined the firm as a negotiator in 1994. They married in 1999 and Caroline went on to take over the administration side of the business, a role she enjoyed up until 2022.Ed and Caroline now live in Loxwood and have two children, Harriet (21) and George (19) and a Labrador called Pippa.
When he's away from his desk, Edward is a keen motorsports fan and enjoys walks with the dog, both locally and on the coast atThe Witterings.
James has helped Roger Coupe go from strength to strength since becoming a partner in 2012 and, along with Edward, is very much hands-on dealing with clients and the day-to-day running of the business. He's well known for his friendly enthusiasm, professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the local area.
He did his A-levels at Hurtwood House in Holmbury St Mary and completed a business and retail management degree at Surrey University, which involved a work placement - at RogerCoupe.
He then spent four years in property development, before joining an estate agency in Horsham. Around 18 months later, Roger Coupe offered him a position as sales manager and James has never looked back. "The timing was perfect. I didn't agree with the corporate numbers game, for me it's all about relationships," he says.
James lives in Ewhurst with his partner, Sophie, their two young children, Jenson and Jessie, and their cockerpoo called Poppet.
He is a petrolhead and has a love of all motorsports and has raced competitively - and successfully - in a car he built 20 years ago with his father. When not speeding around a racetrack, he likes to relax with his family, walk the dog and go mountain biking in the Surrey Hills.
Jo has lived in Bramley with her husband, two teenage sons and her Labrador, Hattie, for the past 13 years.
Jo has a wealth of property experience, starting from her mid-20s. Brought up in Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, she worked for a conveyancing firm before joining the Halifax, where she was involved in setting up estate agency branches, mainly in Kent and London.
She then moved to London estate agency Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward and shortly after was promoted to Branch Manager for the West Hampstead office, where she met her husband. The couple moved out to Shamley Green when their second son was born in 2006, and then into their current home in Bramley two years later.
After a break when the children were young, Jo returned to agency with MSE estate agents in Cranleigh then moved to an agency role in Midhurst before joining Roger Coupe in 2020.
Liz, who was brought up in Lanarkshire, Scotland, has called Cranleigh home for more than 30 years and Roger Coupe her ‘work home' for an impressive 22 years.
She left Scotland in her early 20s to train with British Airways as an air stewardess and where she met her BA pilot husband. After they married, the couple moved to a property at Winterfold and later had twins; Robert and Abbey.
Liz started as a Saturday viewings assistant in 2001 and quickly became established as part of the team, now a Senior Negotiator with over 20 years experience Liz is well regarded for her honest and friendly, yet professional service.
In her spare time, Liz enjoys walking and cooking, especially when entertaining guests for dinner.

Sam joined Roger Coupe in 2022, her local knowledge and background in property making her a real asset to the team.
She has lived in Cranleigh for 18 years with her husband, her four children, and her dog, Muttley, who have all grown up here. So she is very familiar with the village and schools.
