The ‘A' in NBA Capital, Adam is responsible for the strategic direction and investment policies of the Company. With over 10 years experience in setting up numerous real estate investment businesses, Adam is highly proficient in structuring and delivering growth to businesses in the UK's residential real estate investment industry. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, and an MA in PPE from Oxford University.

The ‘B' in NBA Capital, Boris began investing in property in 2017 after establishing NBA Capital Ltd with Nick and Adam. Initially focusing on the deal sourcing side of the operation, Boris' focus has shifted onto overseeing the asset and risk management strategies of the portfolio, and he has helped grow the business to an eight figure asset value, from an initial seed capital of just £300k. Taking the experiences garnered within NBA Capital, Boris has gone on to establish numerous other investment companies through joint ventures, growing regional and national portfolios. Recently the team's focus has also been on the acquisition of businesses - both trading and investment based - with the two most recent being a bakery in the North West, and a care home in Lincolnshire. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Birmingham.

The ‘N' in NBA Capital, Nicholas is an experienced real estate investor and business owner, having held directorship positions at a number of commercial entities. Having gone through the whole process of managing and growing small and entrepreneurial teams, Nicholas has invaluable experience in developing new enterprises and managing the ongoing business development processes for these. Nicholas' main focus lies on future acquisition and the sourcing side of NBA Capital Ltd. He holds a Politics degree from the University of Cardiff.
