Alex joined Central Alliance in 2023 as an associate geo-environmental engineer. He has provided environmental and geotechnical consultancy services to most sectors of construction, from large-scale infrastructure to sports stadiums, both in the UK and Middle East, for over 20 years.
Alex is a married father of one. In his spare time, he enjoys attending music festivals and concerts with family and friends. To unwind and relax, he enjoys taking long walks with his dog Sid.
Craig is joint managing director of Central Alliance, with 23 years' experience in multidisciplinary pre-construction survey services, specialising in delivering ground investigation works in a railway environment. Craig is an engineering geologist specialising in the delivery of complex geotechnical investigations in a railway environment. Craig is also rail director for RSK Environment, with overall responsibility for the management of the Principal Contractor Licence.
Outside of work, Craig has three expensive teenage daughters for whom he provides a part-time taxi service. On his days off, he enjoys going to the football (Barnsley), cricket and the pub.

Jasmin joined Central Alliance in 2021 as an administrator in the geo team with over five years of experience. She has passed the PRINCE2 Foundation qualification and is also completing a BSc in natural science.

Marie is a transport manager/SHEQ advisor with over ten years' experience within health and safety and transport management roles. She holds a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and a NEBOSH general qualification. She has great knowledge and understanding of the legislation surrounding health and safety, road traffic and road haulage regulations, which enables her to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance within the business.
Away from the office, she has three children who like to keep her on her toes. They spend most of their time outdoors walking and hunting down beautiful waterfalls (when she's not cleaning up after them!)

Mike joined Central Alliance in 2018 as estimator manager. With over 18 years of experience, including managing ground investigations on motorway widening schemes, new road schemes, railway enhancements, defence sites, utility sites and overwater works, Mike is able to take on and tender for even the most challenging jobs.
Mike is a father of three and loves to drag these poor children around various museums, National Trust properties and castles, ‘enthralling' them with dinosaurs, trains, cars and British history. When not boring people by reading every sign in a museum, Mike can be found enjoying walks, gardening or playing with various animals.
His favourite dinosaur is Ankylosaurus.

Richard is joint managing director and founded the business in 2006. He has over 25 years' experience in ground engineering and has a passion for applying technology and innovation. He is most proud of the amazing team of over one hundred people that now form Central Alliance and are responsible for its continued success.
Outside of work Richard likes long walks with family, friends and Ralphy the dog, watching his son Ewan play football, travel, cooking, growing vegetables, good food and good wine. He also loves anything motorcycling, including going on regular tours around Europe with colleagues and friends.
