Dave Wathen

Dave Wathen is CEO and President of TriMas; a Nasdaq traded industrial manufacturing company headquartered in Michigan. TriMas Corporation has 4000 employees at 70 facilities in 11 countries, and produces engineered products in five strategic business segments: Packaging, Energy, Aerospace and Defence, Engineered Components and Cequent. Until 2008 Mr. Wathen was President and CEO of Balfour Beatty, Inc., a multi-divisional US based organization with revenues totaling over $1.2 billion. The largest division of Balfour Beatty is Balfour Beatty Construction, Inc., a top ten US heavy civil construction firm focused on large road, bridge and water facilities; other divisions work in the rail, building controls and building design sectors. Previously, Mr. Wathen was a Principal Member and General Partner of an investment bank & private equity fund focused on financially and operationally distressed mid-size companies. He has a background in manufacturing-engineering, with over 25 years spent in general management roles at General Electric, Emerson and Eaton. His experience includes the oversight of many new plant builds and start-ups. Mr. Wathen is currently also a director of Franklin Electric Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company where he serves as Chair of the Governance committee and on the Audit committee. At NXIL, Mr. Wathen also serves as chairman of the committee that manages the refurbishment and commissioning of the US plant.

Jerry Senk

Jerry Senk is President of Equipment Manufacturers International ("EMI"), incorporated in 1982. See www.emi-inc.com. EMI design and manufacture foundry equipment including the NXIL Billet Press. Jerry Senk read Mechanical Engineering at the University of Akron. He has managed nearly 40,000 man hours of engineering back log, with 20 engineers under his direction for multiple projects over the span of 4-5 years. He has coordinated all facets of equipment manufacturing, including the design, procurement, build, and run off. Now as ever, as President of EMI, Jerry Senk is heavily involved in the design and costing of equipment. Jerry will ensure that EMI assists NXIL not only in the production of the NXIL Billet Press but also in overseeing the set-up of future NX-SCR manufacturing facilities.

Joe Pataki

Joe Pataki is a founding member and is CEO of Quad Engineering Inc, ("Quad") based in Toronto, Canada. See www.quadeng.com As a Director of Quad for the last 25 years, he has been instrumental in establishing one of the leading engineering and equipment supply companies, to the steel and metals industry, in North America. During this time Joe has used his engineering training to provide strong technical and business leadership and to maintain growth and profitability at Quad over many business cycles. Under Joe's leadership, Quad has experienced steady expansion of services and its products supplied, and has expanded into new markets both within North America and internationally.

Ronald A. Baker - CEO, Chairman

Ron has studied every aspect of the NX-SCR manufacturing process and sales cycle. He has visited 20 US States and Canadian Provinces, engaging with public and private sector engineers to define requirements for successful adaptation of NX-SCR to North America. Ron joined the NXIL Board in June 2006. In August 2010 he led an investor group to acquire control of NXIL. In February 2012 agreed to become Executive Chairman & CEO of NXIL. Ron holds a graduate diploma in Business Studies (Accounting & Business Law) Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a double 1st Class Honours Degree in Commerce (Economics & Economic History) University of Melbourne. After graduating joined the Corporate Finance Dep't at Bank of America ("BofA") Melbourne. In 1987 Ron was recruited by Bankers Trust International Ltd ("BTI") in London, as a Managing Director Capital Markets Group. After 5 years with BTI joined Baring Brothers & Co. Ltd as Director. In 1995 he resigned and established a corporate finance consultancy in London to small high growth companies. In 2002 established Arkbe Ltd in London, as platform for venture capital consulting.
