Ajay Menon heads the Corporate Services Division and leads assignments such as onshore and offshore corporate formations, payroll, accounting and bookkeeping. He has been with Moore Stephens since 2004.

He has an overall 22 years of professional accountancy experience and has been with Moore Stephens since 2003. Ammar has gained extensive professional experience in audit of corporate and owner managed entities in the UAE.
During his career, Ammar has been significantly involved in the audit of annual financial statements for companies of different legal forms and sizes with focus on the trading, real estate and hospitality sectors.

Ankur is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has several years of experience in compliance and consultancy space spanning across various industries in VAT. He has over 14 years of experience in indirect taxation with the Big 4 accountancy firms. In one of his roles he worked as the Director of the Indirect Tax team.
Ankur has worked closely with the team that assisted the Delhi State Government in drafting of VAT laws and regulations. He has helped clients in migrating from single point tax to the VAT regime.
Ankur has also led teams in conducting indirect tax diagnostic review of various multinational companies, identifying potential revenue and tax leakages in their existing structure and recommending planning opportunities to mitigate tax exposure. He has also handled representation before the VAT authorities to seek clarification on debatable VAT issues.
He has assisted various clients in end-to-end GST implementation in India which included determining the financial impact of GST on their business, review of operating models to assess tax optimization, review of contracts, review of ERP systems and business processes and to suggest changes required from the GST perspective. Chandrasekar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 28 years experience and has been in the Middle East since 1993.
Chandrasekar's experience covers Auditing in the formative years and thereafter focusing on managing finance in multinational companies and privately owned enterprises. During his early years in UAE, he was associated with the UAE member firm of BDO International as Audit Manager, in charge of external audit assignments and corporate finance services. Farad K. Lakdawala is a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was placed in the nation-wide merit list in the final examination of the Institute held in May 1985. Gajendra holds a Master's Degree in Law and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the field of litigation, advisory services and policy advocacy.
He has worked in the indirect tax team of a Big 4 accountancy firm for eight years and was involved in providing litigation and advisory services on corporate and tax issues to clients from the telecom, information technology, automobile, media, entertainment, financial services, oil and gas sectors.
In a prestigious World Bank project, he assisted the Ministry of Finance of The Peoples Republic of China in understanding Indirect Tax reforms in China. He was engaged by the World Bank Group as a Consultant to help them in Value Added Tax reforms being undertaken in the States of Bihar, Orissa and Rajasthan. The World Bank also engaged him in an international project concerning property tax reforms in Pakistan.
Gajendra is a regular faculty at seminars and courses on indirect taxes and other laws. Gajendra has also authored a draft book "Service Tax - A Practitioner's Perspective" published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Several reputable multinational and domestic companies regularly seek his opinion on issues concerning GST and other indirect taxes. He has over 35 years Middle East experience, of which most have been in the Gulf region, and therefore is familiar with the regional business environment and economy and well-positioned to ensure these are understood and taken into account.
John has developed expertise in a wide range of businesses, carrying out consultancy/audit engagements, litigation support and fraud investigations, covering different industries including shipping, banking, industrial, construction, contracting, insurance, financial service companies, oil and gas. He is also experienced in process re-engineering and systems consultancy, business strategy studies, business valuations, and in project consultancies. John has also been involved in advising regional governments on privatization issues relating to agricultural, banking, ports, and hotel institutions.

He has handled combinations and consolidations of financial statements for fairly large group companies. Mohammad Shoaib Asif an Associate Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He has 10 years of experience and has been with Moore Stephens since 2011 servicing clients across diverse industries in shipping, mining, minerals, construction, real estate, oil and gas, hospitality, manufacturing and contracting.
Mr. Abdulaziz Bukhatir hails from a business family in the UAE with nearly 25 years of experience in diverse fields. He started his career in the United Arab Emirates government and was employed at the UAE Ministry of Economy in 1994, heading the Foreign Company Department.
Upon completion of his tenure with the Ministry of Economy, he joined Dubai World as the Group Payable and Receivable Controller and worked there until 2006. Mr. Abdulaziz briefly joined the Sharjah Municipality as the Director of Finance and Administration and in 2007 joined Nakheel PJSC as the Executive Director of Shared Services.
He is currently the Executive Director of Corporate Services and Deputy CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates and Partner with Moore Stephens UAE.
