As a leader, Juliette brings over 20 years of industry experience to her team. Her primary focus is to incentivise and empower her team of account managers, but she is also able to lend expertise to key enterprise businesses and provide technical consultancy when needed. Juliette brings with her an enviable track record of delivering mature, bespoke solutions that align to customer objectives and deliver cost savings.

Nigel joined Adam Phones in 2020 as Operations Director, a role which he also executes across the entire Radius telecommunications group. Nigel is incredibly passionate about creating a great working environment to harness the most talented workforce, so that employees love what they do and therefore deliver an outstanding service in their job. Nigel joins Adam Phones with over 20 years industry experience, during which time he has established a sterling reputation for himself in sales, operations and senior management roles for both major networks and start-up businesses. Most recently, Nigel spent over 8 years as the CEO and co-founder of Trinity Maxwell, an agile and adaptable telecoms business which now sits alongside Adam Phones as part of the Radius Group.
Oday oversees the mobile communications requirements of high-net-worth individuals for Adam Phones. Maintaining a one to one relationship with all of his clients, he upholds absolute discretion and integrity by personally fulfilling all aspects of their service with impeccable attention to detail. In addition, Oday manages the ‘Platinum Numbers' division of the company, enabling him to offer clients an extensive collection of unique mobile phone numbers and source limited edition and bespoke mobile devices.

Ray joined Adam Phones in 2019 as Managing Director. He has quickly established himself as a collaborative and driven leader, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail that fits in perfectly with the Adam Phones ethos. As well as managing Adam Phones, Ray is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the entire Radius telecommunications group. With over 15 years of industry experience, including several years working alongside Adam Phones prior to joining, he is well placed to oversee the ambitious growth plans for the business in the coming years. Prior to joining Adam Phones, Ray held a number of senior leadership and business development roles at Orange, EE, then BT.
