Andy Saunby

Andy has been estimating for Waverley for over 13 years and has a wealth of experience in costing for contractors, making him one of the most senior team members.

Bruce James

Job Titles:
  • Director
Bruce is responsible for Operations, including overseeing our manufacturing facility at Luton and management of installation staff and sub-contractors. Bruce also project manages many of our prime residential projects.

Bryn James

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Bryn joined us in 2021, initially working in the marketing department before moving into the sales team. He's now part the fit-out team, working on projects in London and the South East, alongside Wes and Cameron.

Callum Barry

Job Titles:

Since joining us in 2021, Callum has quickly become a valuable member of our growing project management team, looking after projects across London and the South East.

Cameron Davie

Dan Voller

  • Specification Manager
Dan joined us in March 2022 as an Estimator, and quickly settled into his role supporting the Fitout team with projects both inside and outside of London, before stepping up into the Specification Manager role in April 2023.

Daniel James - Managing Director

Daniel has a clear vision for Waverley, with a strong focus on strategy and culture. He believes that sports teams are better run than most businesses and is working hard to address this at Waverley, regularly drawing on characteristics and tactics observed in the best teams around!

David Macgregor

David is responsible for the continuous improvement and modernisation of our IT systems and processes, ensuring our in-house technology is as efficient as possible.

Deborah Cooper

Debs joined us this year and is responsible for invoicing to customers and assisting with the purchase ledger.

Frazer James - VP of Sales

Frazer joined us in 2016 as an estimator before moving into a project sales roles. He has since progressed within the company and now heads up the sales team as our Sales Director.

Graham James - Founder

Job Titles:
  • Founder
Graham purchased the company in 2000 and has overseen steady growth since. He is no longer involved in the day-to-day management of the company but remains passionate about its success.

Ian King

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Ian manages projects in and out of London and is a great help with technical detail, possessing a great knowledge of electrical systems.

Lloyd Palmer

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Lloyd began his journey at Waverley as an installer, and since then has worked his way up to surveying and now to managing projects outside London. His years of experience installing and surveying has proven to be valuable experience for his new role as a project manager.

Lydia James

Lydia is responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring imports are taken care of. She has an eye for detail and is always keen to improve.

Mandy Biggs

  • Sales & Specification Support
Mandy joined us in 2009. She works closely with the specification team, looking after sample enquiries and promoting group companies to architects and interior designers through arranging events and CPDs, as well as supporting the marketing team. Mandy joined us in 2009. Having long been interested in architecture and interior design, she enjoys working with our prime residential and contract sales teams and is responsible for organising CPDs for architects and interior designers.

Michael Denyer

With nearly 10 years of project management experience, Michael manages the day-to-day sales and project management of our exteriors division, working alongside clients to provide shade and shelter across a range of sectors.

Oli Birch

Oli joined our team in September 2022 and will be using his experience from the content creation industry to oversee all our blogs, case studies and social media posts.

Oscar Dunn

Oscar joined us in January 2022, providing support for the contract sales team, working on projects both inside and outside of London.

Reece Palmer

Reece joined us in August 2021 and has quickly become a valuable member of the team, ensuring accurate site measurements and relaying them back to the team.

Richard Reeves

Rich joined us at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and has proven himself as a reliable member of the contract estimating team, working with BDMs and project managers to identify the best solution for each project.

Russell Keegan - CTO

Russell is our Technical Director, using his extensive experience in the industry and knowledge of motorisation and controls to work closely with Sales and Specification teams and continue our product development.

Sarah Pegg

Sarah is one of our long-standing staff members, having been with us for 13 years. She has worked in a number of different accounts and finance roles for around 25 years, bringing valuable experience to the accounts team.

Simon Bond

With an extensive marketing background in office furniture and products for commercial interiors, Simon joins us to use his experience in promoting and developing the Waverley Group brands.

Simon Gould

Simon joined us in 2020 and looks after projects mainly in London. He has over 6 years' experience of project management in fitout and high end projects, and is a valuable member of our growing project management team.

Wes Clements

Wes is responsible for London fit-out projects. He joined us in 2019, having worked in the industry for 14 years previously, bringing with him valuable experience and knowledge of the commercial fit-out market.
