Archie Denny

Archie graduated from Bristol University before attending Imperial College Business School to complete an MSc in Management, specialising in Finance. At Imperial College, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst for the ICBS Student Investment Fund, conducting fundamental analysis and researching equities for the Investment Committee. Previously, Archie worked at Architas, the multi-manager investment firm and also spent two years working as an account manager in an advertising agency building relationships with a suite of FTSE 250 clients. During this time, he also co-founded and built-up a business in the medical devices sector, managing marketing, sales and operations.

Elliot Hance

Elliot started his career in 2013 as part of the Capital Markets team at a private client broker, specialising in IPOs, and fundraisings on public markets. Most recently Elliot worked in Equity Sales at Singer Capital Markets, focusing on small and mid-cap companies across all sectors. This role involved developing trading and investment ideas for institutional clients managing a range of strategies. Elliot also developed the Professional Investor Network with the aim of improving engagement between companies and investors. Throughout his career, he has built long lasting and trusted relationships with institutions, wealth managers and family offices.

Hayley Mullens

Hayley started her career as part of an independent investment firm, before joining the Small Cap equity sales and research team at Panmure Gordon. Prior to joining Radnor, Hayley was a Director of Corporate Broking at WH Ireland where she advised listed corporate clients across all sectors on aspects relating to their respective listings. Here she was involved in a wide range of fundraises, for both listed and private companies, utilising her strong institutional and PCB relationships particularly with key UK Small and Mid-cap investors. Hayley was also previously an Investment Manager, managing assets for an AIM listed integrated wealth planning and investment management company.

Holly Ha

Holly graduated from Durham University with first-class honours in Archaeology, where her dissertation included the study of corporate ESG data and ratings, sustainability, impact, and emissions reports. Holly has worked as a Research Analyst during her studies and is passionate about environmental factors, as well as the materiality and impact of corporate ESG commitments. She has also worked in an ESG advisory position with several Middle Eastern governments, using her strong research and analytical skills to gather disparate sources of information and data to help monitor and advise on strategic ESG planning and decision making.

Iain Daly - Founder

Iain's twenty-five year City career has spanned corporate finance; corporate broking; equity research; corporate development consulting and investor relations. Iain co-founded Radnor in 2016, drawing on all his diverse experience to help Radnor's corporate clients embrace the challenges of the current stockmarket. The majority of Iain's career was spent in investment banking. Initially within corporate finance and broking where Iain worked on a broad number of IPOs, secondary fundraises and M&A transactions across a range of sectors. In the early 2000s Iain moved into equity research where he focused on Small & Mid Cap UK Media, Technology and Consumer. Iain's sell side CV includes Charles Stanley, R W Baird, Bridgewell (Extel ranked for Media); Ingenious Media and finally Canaccord Genuity. After leaving the sell side in 2009, Iain undertook a number of corporate development consulting roles, including time as an interim Head of Investor Relations for a listed media company. Iain joined the leading independent investor relations consultancy, Broker Profile, in early 2014 where he was responsible for building the client advisory and investor analytics capability. Working alongside his Radnor co-founder, Joshua Cryer, this was where the vision of a specialist, fit for purpose capital markets advisory business was born.

Joshua Cryer - CEO

Joshua started his career at Fidelity Investments, moving into the Equity Capital Markets in 2010 at a specialist investor relations consultancy. As a Client Director, here he was responsible for a number of FTSE 350, Small-Cap and AIM listed clients across sectors such as Technology, Media, Support Services, Real Estate and Software. He was instrumental in both establishing and maintaining core institutional investor relationships on behalf of his corporate client base and building out the firm's broader investor engagement proposition. Joshua's expertise is advising upon a wide range of capital markets problems. He has been integral in providing strategic capital markets advice as well as helping corporates diversify their share-registers, generate liquidity, raise their market profile and improve valuations. Transactional experience - particularly advising on and raising capital - has also been a key function, with clear, impartial advice always sat the heart of every engagement. Joshua worked alongside Iain Daly previously and it was their experience of the evolving needs of listed companies which led to Radnor's formation in January 2016. Joshua became Managing Partner in 2017 and subsequently Chief Executive in 2019.

Melissa Weathersbee

Melissa previously worked in the insurance industry before making a move into equity capital markets. She has nine years' experience in Office Support roles and has worked closely with Joshua and Iain for five years since joining Radnor in 2018. As Head of Operations, Melissa is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the business. She supports the senior management team by facilitating strategic and administrative pathways to ensure business growth and development, as well as managing the day-to-day requirements and procedures of the office space. In her role as Executive Assistant, she also assists the firm's Client Directors in delivering an exceptional level of service to Radnor's clients.

Mike van Dulken

Mike began his City career in 2002, as an equity analyst at Jefferies, focused on both large cap pharmaceuticals and small cap biotech in Europe. Promotion in 2005 led to a senior analyst position focused on Italy, as a sector generalist for Small and Mid-Cap equities. A 2007 move to Société Générale saw him join the Relative Value team, helping hedge funds with European equity ideas. From early 2010 Mike spent over 9 years as Head of Research at Accendo Markets, transforming the brokerage's trading research product for clients.

Neville Harris

Neville's forty year City career began at Sun Life of Canada. Between 1985 and 2000 he managed a number of pension funds as well as covering several sectors as a Research Analyst with a particular interest in the Media, Leisure and Pharmaceutical sectors. When he moved to Hill Samuel Asset Management in 1995 he was also part of the team that coordinated Mid-Cap research as the firm's exposure was progressively built in that area. In 2000, he co-founded IR Focus, an investor relations consultancy. The business set out to substantially lessen the "dialogue gap" between quoted companies and their major shareholders by more effectively building the equity story and backing it up by obtaining detailed investor feedback, often involving investor perception audits. In addition, with an increasing focus on Small-Cap companies, he delivered an "outsourced IR" function, managing most of the key aspects of a company's annual investor relation requirements.

Robert Plant

Robert has spent his +25 year career in equities mainly at JP Morgan Cazenove and more recently at Panmure Gordon. At JPMC, Robert was the number 1 ranked analyst in the Pan European Business & Employment sector for five years running in the Institutional Investor survey. Through his City career he has worked with a range of clients across different sectors, both in the UK and Continental Europe, from large-cap through to small-cap. Robert is experienced in understanding the nuances of each, the differentiated business models and strategies and therefore proficient in advising on all aspects of their capital markets strategy, especially how they present themselves to investors and analysts. Robert has advised management teams continuously through his career having been the lead analyst on many corporate broking company situations and a wide range of IPOs.

Rod Oscroft

Rod has spent the last 25 years investing in the UK Smaller Company segment where he sought out undervalued business and invested for the long term. Rod started his Investment Management career at Hermes and then for the last 20 years at Legal and General Investment Management. At L&G he managed the c.£1bn UK Smaller Companies Fund and was also Head of Active Equities, responsible for c£8bn in assets. He has significant experience in building open relationships with management teams and engaging on numerous topics and corporate events from remuneration through to Board structure, management change, IPO, M&A and fundraisings. As a Senior Consultant, Rod will be working with Radnor's clients, advising on how the companies are positioning themselves in the market, their equity stories and providing a fund manager's perspective on a broad range of capital markets issues.

Stephen Greenwood - Chairman

Stephen has thirty years' experience operating as a Finance Director and Chief Executive in a number of complex business environments. Stephen has held various roles at board level and is currently Executive Deputy Chairman at NOMAD and Broker, Allenby Capital. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has also acted in a company secretarial capacity. His expertise is applying compliance oversight to FCA and LSE regulated activities. Having successfully fulfilled executive roles in a variety of industries, he also has broad experience advising across both private and public markets, particularly companies in the financial sector.
