Before founding THE GROWTH HOUSE, Ben spent over a decade running BBH London as CEO, helping some of the world's biggest businesses and brands to grow. Businesses like Audi, Barclays, British Airways, Virgin Media and Tesco. During his time as CEO, Ben and his team delivered more than £600 million of revenue for BBH, and £170 million of profit. Ben is passionate about helping leaders, teams and businesses to grow. He has recently launched The Growth House Podcast and has written a book on World Class Leadership and Teamship with Will Greenwood.

Emily Harris has 20 years of experience in web and graphic design, working both client and agency side. She has worked with the likes of BT, Costa, Virgin Media, BBH, and Ella's Kitchen. During a Growth Day, Emily designs all of the takeaway assets live so that clients finish the day with their agreements and commitments already captured and crafted. She is married and mother of a daughter, son and step daughter. Emily leads a very active life and is always looking forward to her next physical challenge.
Jon Peppiatt has worked in Advertising for 35 years at two of the industry's most Creative agencies, CDP and BBH. His primary focus was in Project Management, Creative Operations/Resourcing, Client Management and Business Development. He was part of BBH's Leadership team for 15 years including 5 years as Chairman before leaving in 2020 to set up his own consultancy business PepRoom Consulting where he spends his time helping a range of businesses achieve Creative, Commercial and Cultural success. Jon is also the Non Exec Global Chairman of The Blueprint, an Ad Exec Search business, he sits on the Advisory Board at Graylings PR and is a trustee of NABS, the Media Industry's Wellbeing Charity.

Mitali Kelly has over 20 years of senior commercial finance experience working with blue chip companies including Asda, Wal*Mark, Ralph Lauren, Disney and Ceridian UK after qualifying with Pricewaterhousecoopers in 2000. Mitali currently works with multitude of SME's as a Portfolio FD and joined the Growth House in 2022. Mitali lives in Berkshire and is married with two children and loves to travel. She has lived in Australia, the US and Switzerland and is always looking for new adventures. She also has a number of volunteer roles in the cricket club, a local community group and an International Charity.

Sarah Margot spent more than 15 years at BBH, many of those as Ben's PA. During her time at BBH, she was responsible for all client marketing, all events, conferences and workshops, she ran Culture Club and was engaged in a number of BBH's CSR programmes. Sarah joined the Growth House in 2020. She enjoys bell ringing, running and the odd glass of rosé.
Saskia Yeldham spent her early career agency side working with Clients such as Coca- Cola Schweppes Beverages, Umbro, Mars, British Airways and Guinness before moving into Headhunting with Kendall Tarrant, specifically on the planning/strategy briefs. More recently she has had a varied freelance life whilst bringing up her family. She is married and mother to three boys.
