Caroline Blake

Caroline oversees a wide range of the critical day-to-day internal functions at 352. She ensures smooth and effective operations so that 352 leadership and team members can focus their energy on providing exceptional work for their clients with innovation, digital development and growth marketing. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, occasionally Caroline helps identify, test and develop innovative new technologies for internal use at 352 that could eventually be extended to clients. She loves to problem-solve, improving 352's operations and management in strategic and innovative ways. She was one of the firm's earliest employees and has the institutional knowledge and experience in many diverse roles including project manager, business analyst, director of operations and certified scrum master. In those previous roles, she worked with a wide range of companies, from high-growth startups to the likes of Microsoft and Cummins Inc. When not working, Caroline spends her time going on adventures with her family. She also loves travel, creative projects, reading and photography.

Cat Meschia

Cat leads Three Five Two's product Design Practice - a group of creative problem solvers who dig into our clients' worlds to provide the best experience for their users. With a background that spans a variety of design roles across an eclectic board of clients, Cat loves to play in the intersection where all our practices meet. In her past roles as a graphic designer, campaign/brand manager, copywriter, photographer, creative director, and of course, digital product designer, the unifying aspect has been a desire to combine a scientific approach with creative expression and get others energized about potential futures. When not working, Cat loves tackling analog problems too. On the weekends you can find her with a drill and nail gun tackling home projects or already planning for the best DIY holiday, Halloween.

Christa Garcia

What's good for people is great for business. That's Three Five Two's vision, and as the SVP of People Experience, Christa gets to bring that vision to life for every 352er. Her primary focus is ensuring that every person in the company is supported throughout their time at 352, with an emphasis on fostering a thriving and evolving culture and deep employee engagement. Does that mean a lot of surveys? You know it. As a longtime 352er herself, Christa has experience across almost every level and area of the company, from project management and digital strategy to people management and company leadership. Her personal goal is to make a difference for someone every day-and this role lets her do just that. When not working, Christa spends time with her family, travels as much as a mom of two young kids can, and sticks her nose in a good book whenever possible.

Eran Schoellhorn

Eran is a natural connector of people, business goals, and technology. He is an expert at embedding himself in clients' mindsets to help them diagnose underlying problems and challenges-and then uses his technical knowledge to envision the best solutions and inspire the people developing them. He has guided the development of financial tools that motivate people to make smarter decisions, such as paying off debt or investing in companies practicing environmental stewardship. He's worked with clients of all sizes, including well-known brands such as Nationwide, Cox and Fifth Third Bank, to ideate, design and build the right solutions using the latest technologies. Eran's multidisciplinary professional background affords him a unique perspective that he brings to every business problem. His experience in graphic design, print design/production, and running his own web development firm translates into bigger picture thinking and creative problem-solving. When not working, Eran can likely be found playing with synthesizers, building the biggest quesadillas, or playing in the pool with his two daughters.

Geoff is a true entrepreneur. He's passionate about helping companies find, build and grow their next big idea. He launched his first venture at age 16, when he started a computer store in a shopping mall in Sarasota, Florida. Since then, he's built eight more companies. Geoff is president and founder of 352, a firm helping industry-leading companies find new market opportunities and build new products and services. Geoff and his team have helped some of today's most recognizable brands-including Microsoft, Nationwide Insurance, Cox and GoFundMe. Thanks to 352's insight and consultation, clients have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenue. Being true to his entrepreneurial spirit, Geoff often can be found at TechStars Atlanta and Atlanta Tech Village coaching startup founders to help them achieve success by accelerating business growth. His involvement in his wife, Kim Wilson's, high-growth startup, Social News Desk-the world's leading social media tool set for journalists and media, used by 85% of the television newsrooms in the US-led to its acquisition in 2014 by Graham Holdings, a Fortune 500 company. Inc. magazine has named Geoff one of America's Top 30 Young Entrepreneurs, and his alma mater, University of Florida, recognized him as the Warrington College of Business' Young Entrepreneur of the Year. She meets with clients to deeply understand their overarching challenges and needs and then activates the right 352 team members with the right set of skills, expertise and insights to produce the best results. A nurturer at heart, she knows how to bring people together to propel innovation, growth and digital development. Recognizing how great 352 does innovation attracted her to the company. She's worked with several well-known brands to launch and unveil new products. She spent six years working with Coca-Cola on a variety of marketing and branding initiatives and helped Kimberly-Clark reinvent Kleenex brand by shifting the association with sickness to a symbol of care with the roll out of a new line of facial care products. She also worked with Verisign to globally reposition four of their top level domains including .com and .net. She credits her background in theater and English degree from Wofford College for giving her passion and expertise for telling stories that capture humanity-and guiding clients on how to engage an audience through storytelling. When not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Chianti, and attending Atlanta United FC soccer games.

In a previous (career) life, Jess spent years running digital marketing teams in the healthcare and nonprofit spaces, as well as teaching Literature at Auburn University. It was her early passion for literature that sparked her insatiable curiosity for understanding people in all their complexities and contemplating the deeper truths in life. When she's not working, you will likely find Jess outside - reading, hiking, thinking, or dreaming up new adventures with her wife, Jen.

Peter Brownstein joined Three Five Two in 2000 and has since become the cornerstone of the company's technology department. In his 23-year tenure, he has worked with some of the company's highest-profile clients including Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Nationwide, Recognition Media, and more. As Director of Technology, Peter helps Three Five Two with the strategic vision and value of the Technology Practice while collaborating with technology practitioners to develop and hone their crafts. One of six children, Peter was born in Staten Island, NY and moved to Florida in the early 90s. Peter and his wife, Michelle - who is an Associate Director of UX at Three Five Two - have two sons together and enjoy taking road trips. They look forward to revisiting one of their favorite vacation spots, Saint Lucia.
