Albert joined Acceptance Finance in 2015 and brings with him 33 years' experience in the Finance, Banking and mortgage broking industries incorporating a wide range of roles. Albert's extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of clients' needs and expectations, makes him an invaluable member of the Acceptance Finance team and has been servicing the Keilor and surrounding communities helping families get their first homes or grow an investment portfolio.

After first entering the finance industry in 1992, Daniel joined Acceptance Finance 2002 to become the driving force in developing the mortgage division of the business. Daniel's qualifications, which include a Diploma of Financial Services and Finance and Banking Certificate IV, ensure his technical knowledge is sound. His ‘hands on' approach to the business has led to its continued growth, and he is a widely respected thought leader in the industry.

Giulia has been with Acceptance Finance since 2002 as our Leasing Manager. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the vast leasing client base accumulated over this period and is the main contact for all vehicle, plant and equipment finance needs. Giulia has vast knowledge of leasing products and technical knowledge in this field having dealt with varied financial structures over the years. She is very proud to have developed many strong relationships with her loyal clients over her tenure.

Graham joined Acceptance Finance as a Finance Broker in 2019, after spending the last four years helping property investors structuring their finance portfolios. Graham enjoys building long term relationships with his clients and being a part of their finance success stories.
Prior to joining the finance industry, Graham spent 30 years running businesses in the hospitality industry.
In his spare time, Graham loves playing guitar (you can even catch him performing live from time to time) and spending time with his family at the beach.

Janet is a core member of our valued client services team. She has over 20 years experience providing administration support to mortgage managers and lawyers, enabling her the skills to oversee her clients application from inception to completion.
Janet enjoys being able to guide her clients through the sometime rocky road of a finance application, and regularly receives glowing feedback from the clients she helps.

John has been a Finance Broker since 2008. Previously he spent ten years as an Executive Director and Head of Mortgages at ING Bank and ING Direct. Prior to that, John spent seventeen years at Citibank Australia as State Manager in WA, then State Manager for NSW and ultimately as Head of National Distribution for Consumer and Business products.
Away from the office, John is married with two children, a daughter who works and lives in London and a son currently studying at Macquarie University. Golf is his weekly passion, along with supporting the Sydney Swans football team and the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team.
John works from his office at Unit 1, 5 Harrington Avenue, Warrawee, NSW 2074.

Jonathan joined Acceptance Finance in November 2007, starting in the Client Service's team, moving onto a Finance Broker role in 2009. After nearly 10 years as a Finance Broker, Jonathan transitioned to head the Operations team within Acceptance Finance, managing the compliance, IT, marketing, accounts and HR functions of the business.
He still works closely with a network of accountants and financial planners, and enjoy's providing their clients with clear advice on their finance requirements.
Jonathan is married and has two kids (so far) which keeps him busy.

Having completed a Diploma of Financial services, Matt joined Acceptance Finance in early 2009. Matt has quickly established himself as an integral part of the Acceptance Finance Team, his problem solving abilities and high customer service standards have ensured Matt is in high demand.
Having run a small business for over 20 years, Matt's emphasis is on service and adding value to his clients.
On the home front Matt is married with twins, they share their property with their cat, dog, horse and bunnys and wild king parrots

Megan has been in the banking industry for many years, starting with Bank of Melbourne Ltd/Westpac Banking Corporation from 1992 - 2004. She has worked in Consumer and Commercial Lending, processing loans from application to settlement. She was later promoted to the position of Executive Assistant to the Manger of Retail Lending.
Megan joined Acceptance Finance in 2015 as our Office Administrator, which sees her as the first point of contact for those visiting our office. Her other roles include supporting the Leadership Team, and providing the oil to keep the office engine running smoothly.
Minji joined Acceptance Finance in November 2018, with four years experience as a Loan Processing Manager in the Mortgage Broking industry. She graduated from Monash University with the Master of Professional Accounting degree, and had a thorough understanding of the loan process. Most of all, she loves helping people with their finance journey and is looking to become a mortgage broker in the coming years.
A keen photographer and avid traveller, Minji also loves spending her weekends catching up with her friends and trying out new restaurants.

Richie joined Acceptance Finance after spending many years in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors in corporate management roles. He is committed to providing a high level of service for all his clients and believes in establishing long term relationships.
Richie is based in the Balwyn office however he is always willing to accommodate the needs of clients by visiting them at their home or office. He will be able to source the most competitive and appropriate mortgage including residential, commercial, self-managed super fund (SMSF) and reverse mortgage lending.
Richie's qualifications include a Master of Business and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

After entering the Broking Industry in 2007 Russel joined the Acceptance family in May of 2010. Now operating between our Melbourne office and the Northern Rivers Region covering Byron Bay and South East Queensland, Russel has all the resources of the Acceptance Finance group available to him, ensuring the best service for all his clients.
With an Economics Degree from La Trobe University, Graduate Diploma in Education from Griffith University, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Management, plus an extensive career in Merchant banking Russel's experience is invaluable to our group and his clients. With extensive personal business experience, including developing and investing in many projects from renovations, subdivisions and multi apartment constructions, Russel's level of knowledge is second to none.
Russel works from his office at 85 Byron Street, Bangalow, NSW, but is willing and capable to deal with any scenario anywhere in the country.

Sally's focus is to educate her clients around finance to allow them to make informed decisions on their loan choices. With an emphasis on providing flexible finance options, Sally maintains long term relationships with her clients to see them through the ever changing stages of life and finance needs.
Entering the finance industry in 1999, Sally joined Acceptance Finance in 2001 and has extensive experience across the lending arena. With a range of roles over the years, Sally has helped develop our ever growing team of Finance Brokers through mentoring, broker training, process development and her position on the leadership team. Her core passion however is her current role of working one on one with clients to help them set up loans that help them reach their financial goals. In this role Sally has helped hundreds of our clients over the years. Seeing her clients through the first home purchases, second and third home upgrades, the start of a family, the new car excitement and the business good and tough times, Sally is dedicated to ensuring that her client's loans evolve with them.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Diploma in Financial Services.
Sharon has over 15 years' experience in the financial services sector, across both mortgage broking and financial planning. She has applied this experience with Acceptance Finance via her role of developing networks for referring parties, primarily developing relationships with financial planning licensees and their representatives, and specialist property development businesses.
