Felicia F. Norwood serves as Executive Vice President and President for Anthem, Inc.'s Government Business Division. She is responsible for the strategic direction and all operations related to the company's Medicaid, Medicare and Federal Government Solutions businesses. Norwood has extensive experience in both the healthcare industry and government sector. Prior to joining Anthem, Norwood served as the Director of Illinois' Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Previously, she held a number of senior leadership positions at Aetna including President, Mid-America Region; CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer of Aetna's population health management subsidiary ActiveHealth Management Inc.; Head of Medicaid; National Head of Small Group and Individual Market Segments; President, Aetna Government Health Plans, LLC; and Regional Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region.

Gloria McCarthy serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Anthem, Inc. Additionally, she oversees key enterprise functions including Information Technology (IT), Enterprise Execution, Service Experience, and leads enterprise-wide change initiatives, designed to foster growth, innovation and continuous improvement. McCarthy holds more than 40 years of industry leadership experience advancing operational execution and excellence. She previously served as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Execution and Efficiency and Executive Vice President, Office of the CEO. Previously, Gallina served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial and Specialty Business Division; Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Risk Officer; Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement; and Chief Financial Officer of Comprehensive Health Services. Before joining Anthem,he was an Audit Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand.

Kendrick previously served as President of the Commercial Business West Markets (California, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio and Wisconsin). Since joining Anthem in 1995, he has held numerous leadership roles, including President of National Accounts and President and General Manager for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia.

He is responsible for the strategic direction, performance and growth of Anthem's diversified assets and services, which includes pharmacy, behavioral health, complex and chronic care, and advanced analytics, and advancing integrated clinical care models and solutions that improve quality and health outcomes. Haytaian previously served as Executive Vice President and President of Anthem's Commercial and Specialty Business Division and its Government Business Division. He joined Anthem in 2012 as part of the Amerigroup acquisition, serving as President of the Medicaid business. While at Amerigroup, he held a number of senior leadership positions, including CEO of the Medicaid North Region and head of the company's Medicare Advantage business. Prior to joining Amerigroup, Haytaian served in a variety of leadership roles at Oxford Health Plans Inc., and was a regulatory attorney and lobbyist on healthcare and election law issues at Graham, Curtin & Sheridan PA.
