Mr. Boucher assumed the CFO role in 2014 after joining the company in 2011. He has prior experience in corporate finance, operations finance and public accounting. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University and is a CPA.

Mr. Straten came to Advance Packaging in 2007; his focus surrounds pre-press and technical developments on high-end graphics packaging. Prior to joining, he served as Graphics Manager at both Smurfit-Stone and Lewisburg Container and as a Packaging Graphics Designer for Anchor Hocking Corporation. In addition to his work with Advance, Mr. Straten co-wrote the Corrugated Print Guide and has served as a judge and chair of the FTA Excellence awards. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Ohio State University.

Mr. Crossley has broad experience in managerial, operations and sales positions and has been with Advance Packaging since 1986. Prior to Advance, Mr. Crossley spent several years in managerial positions with the Rock-Tenn Company. In addition to holding a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Washington & Lee University, he holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Middle-Tennessee State University.

Mr. Wilcox joined Advance in 1998 and holds a B.S. in Packaging from Michigan State University. His years of design experience include; corrugated packaging, graphics, kits, returnables, and ISTA testing. He is currently the head of the Sales, Graphics, Design, and Customer Service.

Mr. Philp joined Advance Packaging in 1994. He attended Eastern Michigan University, studying Operations Research and Information Systems. He is currently the Chief Information Officer, having previously worked in the Die Shop and Shipping departments at Advance.

Ms. Albrecht has general human resource and operations experience of 41 years with the last 23 in management. Operations experience include both public and privately held companies. She has had opportunity to specialize in employment insurance, product liability, safety, payroll, retirement plans, employee relations and compensation. She has been with Advance Packaging Corporation since 2001 over seeing human resources, safety and environmental.
