Chris Disantis

Aim's Vice President of Maintenance, Chris Disantis, began his career at Aim in 1988, and for more than three decades, Chris has been a pivotal part of Aim's exceptional, award-winning truck maintenance service. Chris came on board as a Service Manager and quickly started his upward march through the ranks. Before his promotion to VP of Maintenance, he held the titles of Regional Service Manager, Regional Director of Maintenance, Director of Training & Field Technical Support, Director of Purchasing, and Senior Director of Maintenance. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the American Trucking Associations' Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) and is a frequent expert contributor in industry publications. He formerly chaired the S.1 Electrical Study Group, 2016-2019; served as S.1 1st Vice Chairman, 2014-2016; oversaw the development and update of numerous recommended practices; helped organize and serve as a panelist on several technical and mini-technical sessions with S.1 and other study groups. He has also served on the TMC Board Nominating Committee and the ASE Training Mangers Council for the past seven years as well as currently serving as a member of NationaLease's tech competition committee, which he has done for 10 years. Chris' hunger for his craft began with a love of working on cars and with his hands, and he calls being able to turn that passion into a career "a dream come true." He and his wife, Renee, have three kids and two grandsons. Chris is an avid trail runner and participates in ultra-marathons.

Geoffrey Fleming

Not only has Geoff Fleming been in the transportation business for nearly two decades, but he carries on a more than 100-year legacy, beginning with his great grandfather, J.V. McNicholas, who started a hauling business with a horse and buggy in 1903, and continued on to Tom Fleming, who founded Aim Transportation Solutions in 1982. In 2005, Geoff graduated from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in finance. That same year, he joined Aim full-time. Since then he has functioned in various facets of the business, spending time working in maintenance operations at Aim's headquarters in Girard, OH; securing business as part of Aim's Chicago sales team; and prior to becoming Aim Co-President, holding the title of Vice President of Purchasing. In 2016, in the midst of his growth in the company, Geoff earned his MBA from Northwestern University. In early 2019 Geoffrey Fleming was named Co-President of Aim, overseeing the company's core goal of increasing efficiency and controlling costs for customers through transportation service offerings. He brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience to leadership of the Aim's day-to-day functions. He does this alongside his brother Scott Fleming, Aim Co-President, and his father, Tom Fleming, Aim Founder and CEO.

Harry Shood - CFO

Harry Shood holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. Harry began his career in 1993 in public accounting at Hill, Barth & King, Aim Transportation Solution's CPA firm. His career progression to an executive leader in accounting and finance afforded him the opportunity to work for some of the Youngstown-Warren area's most innovative companies serving national and global markets. Harry's diverse industry experience includes plated steel manufacturing for alkaline batteries and ammunition products, titanium production for aerospace and defense applications, production of aluminum monobloc cans and bottles for consumer-packaged goods, and branded food manufacturing and distribution. Harry graduated Summa Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. Harry joined Aim in 2022 as the Chief Accounting Officer, and one year later was named Aim's Chief Financial Officer.

Joe Telega


John Reed - CIO

John Reed's experience in the transportation industry began in 1983 when he joined a small software company and wrote one of the first integrated transportation packages. He attended Youngstown State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSAS degree. In 1993, he joined Aim as a programmer and tech specialist. At the time, he was the only IT employee in the company. Since then, he's grown the team into two departments: networking & helpdesk and the development & programming. In recent years John's team has evolved into writing smartphone apps, virtualizing services, and migrating many of Aim's functions into the cloud. In January of 2003, he was promoted to Vice President and then to his current role as Chief Information Officer. Under his leadership, Aim has won two CCJ Innovator awards and continues to push the technical envelope all in an effort to better serve our customers. Our data transparency and "One Version of the Truth" approach allows our customers to view their data directly in our system without any filtering. In addition to John's leadership of Aim's IT department he is also involved in several other sectors of the company. John has much involvement in customer relations, working first hand on creating customized solutions for many of Aim's accounts. Additionally, John has deep involvement in acquisitions, company operations and logistics. John is a long-time member of the Youngstown Business Incubator, serving on 3 committees within the organization. An organization which was votes as Best Business Incubator in the World.

Matt Svancara

Matt Svancara holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Aim Leasing Company. Matt is both from and currently resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA both from Baldwin Wallace University. Matt previously served at Aim as Regional Vice President for the Midwest. He has led Aim's Sales and Marketing team since 2016 with the mission of driving the company's overall revenue retention and growth. He began his career with Aim in 1996 as a District Manager and has had a series of promotions during his tenure at Aim. During this time, Matt has been awarded the distinguished honor of qualifying for NationaLease's Masters Club 10 consecutive years in a row. He was also inducted into the NationaLease Sales Hall of Fame. In Matt's free time he enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with his wife Patty and adult sons.

Patty Durkin began her career with Aim as a human resource manager in 2006. She became Vice President of Human Resources in 2010 and in 2021 was named Chief of Human Resources - a well deserved title that she still holds to date. Previously, she was human resource manager at Denman Tire in Warren, Ohio, for 14 years. Prior to that, she was an account executive with the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in human resources and an associate degree in business management from Youngstown State University. She is also a graduate of Ursuline High School in Youngstown and of the Choffin Career Center's legal/medical secretary program. Patty is a member of the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Managers and has held the program chair position in prior years. She received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2006. She is a board member of the Trumbull County Workforce Investment Board. Patty is also a member of Aim's Relay for Life and United Way teams for Aim. She lives in Ellsworth with her husband, Rick, and enjoys books on tape, the beach, consignment shopping and family life. Patty has always appreciated her mentors and hopes that she can be a good mentor.

Scott Fornia-Fleming

Scott Fleming has been in and around trucks most of his life. For four generations, his family name has been synonymous with transportation. Scott began working at Aim as a teenager on the maintenance shop floor; cleaning, fueling trucks, and running for parts. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Scott joined the family business full time as fleet asset manager and later in full-service lease sales at the Denver, CO facility.

Tom Fleming, Chairman and CEO of Aim Transportation Solutions, is a third-generation member of the transportation community hailing from the greater Youngstown, Ohio area, where Aim is headquartered. Tom is a graduate of Boston College where he received his bachelor of arts degree in economics. In 1982 Mr. Fleming purchased McNicholas Transportation, a family leasing company that consisted of 29 vehicles and five employees. Today, Aim operates or maintains nearly 11,000 vehicles with approximately 1,200 employees out of over 100 operations. Tom involved in numerous charitable and civic organizations in Ohio and within the transportation industry - serving on the boards of Truck Renting and Leasing Association (past chairman), National Truck Leasing system (past chairman), Youngstown State University Foundation Board (past chairman), YMCA of Youngstown (past chairman), and Community Foundation of Mahoning Valley (past chairman). Tom is married to his wife Mary and has four children and ten grandchildren.
