Bill Converse - CEO, Founder

William Converse has three decades of experience in the air purification industry. He started Alpine Industries and it quickly became a springboard for numerous product successes, including air purifiers. Alpine grew from revenues of $7 million in 1994 to $187 million in 1997. Converse became a pioneer for non-filter air cleaning technology. Converse retired in 2002, but he couldn't turn off his drive to invent. He decided to return to the air purification industry a few years later and created the AirRestore Air Naturalizer, which launched in 2013. William Converse is proud to have over three decades of experience within the air purification industry, spending every moment focusing on making a real difference for the lives of others. Bill's drive and intellect could have led him anywhere, and he chose to direct it to improving the health and lives of the world around him. In the 1980s, Converse began working on the development of a product that could genuinely remove contaminants from the air. During late nights of research and development, his wife would often keep him company in his lab. Soon, she noticed a great relief from her headaches when in the presence of his new technology. The joy of relieving such a common troublesome ailment was incredible inspiration for Converse and the team who supported him. The collection of product lines grew and Converse quickly became a pioneer for non-filter air cleaning technology. As a sought-after consultant in the air quality industry, Converse served on the board of Indoor Quality, has been a guest on numerous television and radio programs, and testified at a Congressional hearing on air quality issues. Invited to speak at several university-sponsored indoor quality conferences, he has shared his knowledge at an air quality symposium of advanced oxidation techniques at the University of Beijing, Canada, Japan, Mexico and more.

Eric Converse - VP

Eric is proud to apply his 27 years of executive management and marketing experience to the promise and growth of AirRestore USA. He has tailored marketing plans and budgets for the success of businesses such as EcoQuest International and Alpine Industries. As Vice President, Eric manages the marketing and development teams, client relations, strategic and creative production, and the integration of business development. His genuine leadership continues to prove invaluable to the expansion of this company.

Ivan Winship - VP

Ivan‘s impressive work history, with companies such as Nestle and ADDCO, has brought so much experience to the AirRestore team. His skills help our company achieve our financial goals and objectives and increase our operating performance. He prepares budgets, creates business plans, and solves internal issues. Ivan's ability to identify ways to maximize revenue continue to secure AirRestore's growing success. He ensures departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and inline with the company mission.

Mark Converse

Mark plays an integral part of AirRestore as Production Manager in addition to leading our Research and Development team. Responsible for assessing project and resource needs at the Tennessee manufacturing plant, Mark oversees all production processes and quality control standards. He applies his engineering background to the research and the development of AirRestore's Organic Air Technology ensure the growth and potential of the company with new products and opportunities.

Rocky Borchardt

As Marketing Creative Director, Rocky is responsible for brand management, maintaining marketing programs, copy writing, and print/website content management. Rocky thrives on challenges, particularly those which expand the company's reach. Prior to joining AirRestore, her 17 years of design and marketing experience included the Target Corporation and OfficeMax Inc. as a lead senior graphic artist where she fortified the companies' brands, managed the marketing budgets, and led individual department teams.
