Agnieszka Jankowska

Agnieszka Jankowska is leading T-Mobile's government affairs and public policy activities in Poland in digital and electronic communication sector. She is also member of the board of directors of American Chamber of Poland. In the years 2010-2022 she was head of government affairs and public policy of General Electric in Central Europe responsible for aviation, power, healthcare, digital and finance sectors. She was also a member of the management board of GE Poland as well as member of the supervisory boards of Bank BPH, GE Capital and GE Company Polska - Engineering Design Center. In the years 2005 - 2010 she was working as a spokesperson to the Minister of Development and Director of Managing Department for Competitiveness and Innovation Operational Programs in the Ministry of Development. She started her professional career in 1999 in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, where she was involved in the structural preparation of the Agency for the implementation of EU funded programs under Cohesion Policy. Agnieszka Jankowska is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and National School of Public Administration (KSAP). She holds PhD in economics from SGH.

Bartosz Ciołkowski

Bartosz Ciolkowski is General Manager for Southeast Europe, which includes Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Israel, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Serbia. Ciolkowski is responsible for implementing strategy in the region, developing electronic payments, and working with business and government partners. Ciolkowski joined Mastercard in 2005. He previously held the role of General Manager for Poland, where he significantly contributed to the dynamic development of the electronic payments sector through the introduction of innovative solutions and products, as well as the expansion of the acceptance network. He played a pivotal role in establishing Cashless Poland Foundation and in Mastercard's investment in the Polish Payment Standard (PSP), the owner of BLIK. He also managed Mastercard business in the Czech and Slovak markets. Bartosz is technology and innovations enthusiast with a mission to coach startups, helping them to scale. He recently joined the Board of Endeavour in Poland. He also actively supports diversity and inclusion, being a co-founding member of Champions of Change Club and supporting member of the Polish chapter of 30% Club.

C. David DeBenedetti

David specializes in issues related to investment funds and hedge funds, as well as in venture capital transactions, and M&A. He also deals with planning and implementing investments, specifically in their cross-border aspects. He has extensive experience in working on multi-faceted strategies involving litigation and transactional expertise, since for many years he has been advising hedge funds that invest in entities in difficult situations, helping them to resolve a range of problems. For some time, David DeBenedetti cooperated with the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law, where he taught seminars to post-graduate students. He teaches at the Boston University/Lazarski LLM program as an adjunct professor. He is a member of the Board of Advisors for a program offering an LLM in International Business Practice of the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg. Since 2015, David DeBenedetti has been a member of the board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, and advises Japanese clients on investing and other issues related to business in Poland.

Dorota Dabrowski-Winterscheid is currently Senior Director, Strategic Relations at CEC Group where she supports this leading public affairs advisory in Poland and the region. Previously, she spent almost 20 years as the Managing Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland where she was responsible for keeping the organization active, esteemed, and well-networked. Her background is working on improving the business climate in Poland while fostering positive relationships with local and national governments. She is most proud of her management track record and creating the flagship "AmCham Diner". Ms. Dabrowski has served on the Executive Council of AmChams in Europe, was a founder of the Polish Professional Women Network (PWnet) and KlubMBA, as well as, a juror in the "Złote Spinacze" PR awards, for Students in Free Enterprise (now Enactus) and other competitions. She is also a Competent Toastmaster. In her early years, Ms. Dabrowski worked as an accountant at PwC and Shell, she was a journalist at the Warsaw Business Journal, and ran a freight forwarding company for four years. She graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1992 with a BA in Economics and Slavic Studies. She earned her MBA from the University of Calgary at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a native of Texas, but has called Poland home since 1992. She is married with one daughter.

John Lynch

John Lynch is an American entrepreneur who has been doing business in Poland since 1991. In 1992, Lynch founded LYNKA, which he has grown to become one of Poland's leading corporate apparel and sportswear manufacturing companies. Like many Polish ventures, LYNKA started with three employees and very little capital, and grew to over $20 million in sales and 200 employees. LYNKA has been recognized by the international press as "one of the leading promotional apparel companies in the world." In 2012, Lynka became the only company in CEE to be chosen by NIKE as an Official Apparel Supplier. John has a distinguished business background. From 1992-1993, John was the marketing director for the First Polish American Bank. Before coming to Poland, John worked in management at Procter & Gamble, Bristol-Myers and Schering Plough. He was also a senior management consultant for the world-renowned consultancy, Marakon Associates in New York City. John graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1984, with a B.S. in Engineering. In 1989, John completed his MBA at The Wharton School of Business, and completed programs at I.E.S.E in Barcelona, and UMIST in Manchester as well. John has been frequently featured in the Polish and International press as a role model for doing business in Poland. John has been featured in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and US News and World Report. In March 2004, he was featured on the cover of Poland Monthly as one of "the country's top entrepreneurs" and in that same year was named AmCham's Entrepreneur of the Year. In 1994, John founded the Kraków branch of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. He was elected to the Board of Directors of AmCham Poland in July 2002. John is fluent in Polish and Spanish, as well as his native English.

Mark Brzezinski

Mark Brzezinski was sworn in as the Ambassador of the United States to Poland on December 22, 2021. Ambassador Brzezinski previously served as U.S. Ambassador to Sweden from 2011 to 2015, spearheading innovative new approaches to advance U.S.-European trade and landing key Swedish investments, including Volvo's decision to build a $1 billion factory in South Carolina. He also arranged the first-ever U.S. Presidential visit to Stockholm, which brought together all five heads of governments of the Nordic countries for a summit that galvanized a U.S.-Nordic strategic approach on energy, innovation, and sustainability. In 2015, he was asked by the White House to lead a strategic effort on the Arctic as the first Executive Director of the White House's Arctic Executive Steering Committee. Most recently, Ambassador Brzezinski was founder and principal of Brzezinski Strategies LLC. He was a Managing Director at Makena Capital Management, where he led the firm's sustainable and ESG investing efforts. For a decade, he was a partner at the law firm McGuireWoods LLP, where he helped build the law firm's international compliance practice. From 1999 to 2001, he served on President Clinton's National Security Council staff, first as a Director for Russia and Eurasia, and then as a Director for the Balkans. Ambassador Brzezinski is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Trilateral Commission. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Poland in 1991-93, during which he researched and wrote a book entitled "The Struggle for Constitutionalism in Poland." In 2010, he was named to the State Department's Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. He received a BA from Dartmouth College, a JD from the University of Virginia, and a PhD in Political Science from Oxford University. He is the proud father of a teenage daughter, Aurora Brzezinski.

Tony Housh is a strategic policy, business, and communications advisor with thirty years of experience in Poland and CEE. He has advised and assisted companies in a wide range of sectors, including defense, energy, innovative technologies, and bio-sciences. He has served as the Chairman of AmCham since January 2015. He is the Principal of CGC Advisors and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Gemini Polska. He is a frequent commentator on radio and television, a keynote speaker, and has published numerous articles on trade, investment, innovation, and security in a wide range of publications. His experience includes senior roles as the Director for Poland, Central Europe, and Baltic Region at Northrop Grumman and as a non-executive board member and audit committee member of the NASDAQ and WSE listed CEDC, where he participated in transactions totaling over 1 billion USD. He previously served as a senior counselor for APCO Worldwide and member of their International Advisory Council, an innovation advisor to the World Bank, Director of the American Chamber of Commerce, and the country officer for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Albania at the US Department of Treasury - Office of Technical Assistance. Prior to beginning his work in Poland in the early 1990s, Tony held analyst roles in London and Brussels, as well as running two successful US Congressional campaigns. Tony received his MA in European Integration cum laude from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). He is a graduate of the University of Kansas (USA) and was an exchange scholar in Soviet & East European Studies at the University of Essex (UK). He is an alumnus of the Salzburg Seminar. In November 2014, he was awarded the Knights Cross for services to the Republic of Poland by President Komorowski. He was named a non-resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council in 2024.
