Annton Properties Ltd or simply 'APL' as we are better known was founded in mid 2010. Beginning with just one property, since 2010 we have invested in over 20 properties in the area and because we manage our own properties and employ our own staff we are in total control, we offer a service & civility to all our tenants that cannot be matched by using an agency... Because we own and manage our properties from the moment you decide to take up a tenancy with APL you instantly have direct communication. We pride ourselves in looking after our tenants to the best of our ability, we endeavour to resolve any issue raised in the quickest possibly time, usually within a maximum of 48hrs. For your peace of mind we are a very conscientious landlord, we employ our own maintenance staff, some of whom have worked with us since the beginning.
