Hello! I'm Anusha Naik. I am currently employed as a Scrum Master at Accenture, Bangalore, India. I perform the duties of a Scrum Master for a development and testing team. Prior to this, I worked at Saurally Solar Pvt. Ltd as Scrum Master and in Amazon Development Center India for 4 years as a Content Test specialist. Being assigned a role of SME, I lead a team of 8 test engineers which included conducting SCRUM ceremonies... Holding a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification demonstrates knowledge and ability to support Scrum. As a CSM certificant, I adhere to Scrum as it is defined in the Scrum Guide, facilitate Scrum events and maintain Scrum artifacts and work to remove team and organizational impediments.
