Ben joined TruStone Home Mortgage in 2020. He is dedicated to finding the right financing to meet his clients' individual needs and goals. He has been originating mortgages for nearly 20 years and has funded hundreds of loans over the course of his career. A dependable and hard worker, he is known for putting in the extra time and effort to get the job done.
Ben studied Communications at the University of Minnesota and lives in Little Canada, MN. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including his wife and two children. He also enjoys swimming.

Clint Hilsgen joined TruStone Financial's commercial lending team in 2020, bringing more than a decade of experience in the lending and real estate industry. Clint partners with investors, capital markets, brokers and TruStone members to fulfill their commercial lending needs.
Clint's background includes managing a Relationship Lending department, enhancing and expanding relationships with brokers nationwide and focusing on business growth and development. He has been awarded for his accomplishments and has presented at National Sales Conferences. He aims to continue developing trusted and effective relationships, guiding all borrowers through the commercial lending process. Clint's professional affiliations include International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR).
Clint earned his bachelor's degree in finance from St. Cloud State University. He enjoys volunteering with Helping Paws, a non-profit that helps veterans and individuals with special needs gain further independence and quality of life through the use of assistance dogs.

Dylan Braun joined TruStone Financial in 2020 with more than five years of experience in nationwide lending, business development and relationship management. He is experienced with many types of financing, including SBA (Small Business Administration), commercial real estate, equipment and construction.
Dylan has a bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School. He has completed the Principles of Banking Certificate Program from the Independent Community Bankers of America® as well as the Lending Essentials School from the Minnesota Bankers Association. He is a member of the International Franchise Association.
Outside of work, Dylan enjoys golfing, running and spending time at the family cabin.

Elia Griffith has been an experienced member of TruStone Financial's commercial lending department since 2012. With a financial career spanning nearly two decades, he is suited to guide all borrowers through the commercial lending process, specializing in national net lease real estate and aircraft financing.
Elia has experience in the auto financing business, as a personal banker, as a loan officer and as a business services manager for multiple organizations. He successfully completed both the Center for Financial Training (CFT) Commercial Lending Course and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) Aircraft Appraisal Certification. Elia is also a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAFA (National Aircraft Finance Association). With many years of experience and his commitment to continued learning, Elia has the combined knowledge to help borrowers of all types.

He enjoys being of assistance to investors, businesses, brokers and capital market professionals.
Just some of Eric's professional affiliations include the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin Educational Programming Committee and the Deal of the Year Nomination Committee. Eric is dedicated to giving back to his community and has been active with Revitalize Milwaukee, Riverworks Development Association, Riverwest Food Pantry, Milwaukee Rescue Mission and St. Ben's Meal Program.
