Christopher Boloven is a managing member of Apex Law. He specializes in tax planning, succession planning, tax controversy, corporate, business and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, probate and estate planning law, including all forms of estate administration and litigation, and elder law. Christopher is also well known for his subject matter expertise in accounting, business taxation and municipal zoning laws.

Evann Guthrie is a paralegal with Apex Law. Before becoming an ABA Certified Paralegal, Evann spent two decades working in sales, marketing and business management.
Joel A. Greene, senior attorney, joined Apex Law in 2021 from another metro-Detroit Law firm where he focused on commercial real estate transactions, title insurance matters and corporate law including M&A. Joel specializes in working collaboratively with business clients from formation through to sale, succession or dissolution, developing growth strategies, advising on governance, and resolving business disputes.
Joel earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Marc C. Swoish has focused his career on providing sound legal advice and practical business guidance to his clients. A dedication to building long-term relationships with his clients allows Marc to understand his clients' needs and to tailor advice, and craft functional solutions, to their specific requirements in an ever-changing global environment.
Marc's reputation is built on a depth of legal and business knowledge, strong core values, and a commitment to clearly defining, and achieving, his clients' goals. His 30+ years of experience with corporate matters ranging from formation to dissolution, and everything in between, gives him a breadth of knowledge that provides immeasurable value to his clients. He has handled high value acquisitions and divestitures, complex commercial and residential real estate developments, including consulting on financing, environmental concerns, and the municipal approval process. Marc has provided legal assistance on more than $400,000,000 in real estate transactions for local, national, and multi-national clients. Marc chairs the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups and is a Managing Member of Apex Law.

Nathan Ponton, is an associate attorney with Apex Law. He specializes in business law including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, he is also experienced in estate planning and probate law. Nathan was born and raised in Australia providing him with an international perspective and understanding of how broad global issues affect large and small businesses.
Nathan earned a Juris Doctor, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Peter J. Domas is a managing member at Apex Law. His practice is devoted to representing clients in the healthcare industry and assisting them in navigating the complex statutory and regulatory environment unique to healthcare corporate, transactional, and litigation matters. Peter also counsels clients on the development and maintenance of effective internal compliance programs with a special focus on federal and state fraud and abuse laws, reimbursement regulations, and HIPAA.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Peter directed the Midwest's contract compliance audit operations for a national service company whose clients included numerous national, local and government insurance providers. Peter is also a Certified Public Accountant in both Michigan and Illinois.
Peter earned a Juris Doctor (summa cum laude) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Michigan, Flint, and a Master of Science from Walsh College in Accountancy and Business Administration.
