BCFS Health and Human Services' Community Services Division serves every county across Texas through the many programs it administers... Working together with our staff, community partners, children, youth, and families, we embrace a "one team, one mission" approach to deliver the highest quality services for the communities we serve. Through our diverse programs, we strive to strengthen and nurture healthier relationships and futures for children and families. Our services extend to prevention of child abuse and neglect, as well as assisting survivors of domestic violence. Additionally, we offer counseling support to at-risk children, youth, and families, along with providing crucial parental support and community case management services. As part of our commitment to youth aging out of foster care, we operate transition centers, providing housing, life skills training, and support services that pave the way for their future success.
