BFi aims to create a full suite of decentralized financial applications and open infrastructure available on Bitcoin layer 1. DeFi has shown us how useful decentralized exchanges, lending protocols, leverage trading platforms and options platforms can be. Unfortunately, the limited programmability of Bitcoin has been an obstacle for DeFi developers. BFi will use off-chain indexers and on-chain signatures to bring DeFi to Bitcoiners around the world.
