Prior to joining was responsible for FTTH business at Sigma-Byte Computers Private Limited. In the past he has served Molex, BICC Brand Rex, Distributor of Systimax, TCS and Nexans (now Aginode) and have been instrumental in business successes in these organizations. Chintak Dalal have been associated with the BICSI India chapter since inception, and has been a BICSI member since 2003.

Profile: Mr. Ketan has more than 20+ years of experience in Structured Cabling Industry, he is known for offering excellent business service. He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University and has undergone Executive Management Programme from India School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He was one of the first AT & T certified cabling engineers in the country way back in 1995 and since then along with his co-directors, has transformed Sigma-Byte Computers Pvt Ltd into an organization of four companies with 11 offices across 3 countries & has shown consistent growth due to additions of New lines of Business viz; Audio-Visual Communications, Safety & Security Solutions, Wireless Solutions & IBS Solutions. He was the founder secretary for BICSI-India district and is now District Chair for BICSI India.

His last assignment was with networking giant CommScope where he served as the Channel Head for India & SAARC. Prior to CommScope, he has worked at senior leadership positions with large organizations like Dlink, Ingram Micro and Wipro driving business development strategies.
Under his role as Business Head of Safety & Security solutions at Sigma-Byte, Mr. Kandarp Jhala drives IP based Safety & Security solutions which includes Enterprise Surveillance & Access Control, Video Management & Gate Automation and Building Management solutions. He is also actively working towards repositioning the company as "providing an integrated approach for complete ELV infrastructure under IP Network".
