Job Titles:

Charlie joined BHTA in August 2017 after finishing his A-Levels at Sixth Form where he studied Business Studies, ICT and Sport.
He joined BHTA under the government's apprenticeship scheme where he has continued to work closely alongside Steve Perry (Marketing & Communications Manager). He looks to expand his experience and knowledge in the healthcare industry and also within the marketing world.
Charlie spends most of his free time training and playing sports - he is massively into his football and cricket.
He is a Level 7 NFA referee, which he has officiated in numerous Cup Finals and plays for his local men's team where he is the youngest player to ever captain the men's side in the club's history. As for cricket, he was voted Northamptonshire Cricket League's young player of the year in 2016 and is also the youngest player at his club to reach 150 wickets in the Adults 1st team. (He's not a bad sportsman)
Charlie decided against going to University as he felt he would achieve and benefit more from an Apprenticeship. He would like to express his appreciation and gratitude to his former Business Studies Teacher and Career's Adviser, who helped him through the process of obtaining this apprenticeship.
Charlie completed his year-long apprenticeship where, upon completion, BHTA offered Charlie a full-time role in the association's Marketing and Communications. Over the years, he has continued to develop and grow, and is now the BHTA's Sales and Marketing Executive.

David Stockdale joined the BHTA as its Chief Executive in June 2022, bringing more than two decades of senior management and leadership experience to the role.

Jamie joined the BHTA in 2022 as the Content Marketing Marketing, with previous marketing roles including for BHTA members Ability Superstore and the Horse & Ponies Protection Agency.
In his spare time Jamie enjoys playing piano, guitar and listening to music.

Millie joined the BHTA in March 2019 after completing an Extended Diploma in Level 3 Creative Media.
Millie joined the BHTA under the government's apprenticeship scheme as a Level 3 Digital Marketer and worked closely with the previous Marketing & Communications Manager, who guided and expanded her knowledge of the healthcare Industry. Millie completed her apprenticeship in 2020, becoming the BHTA's Digital Marketing Assistant.
Millie with spends a lot of time her friends and collection of pets!
Nadim has joined the BHTA after previously working in various management roles with companies such as Shell UK, Toys R Us and IBA (private security company).
He has a passion for Flying and is currently a Commissioned Officer in the RAF VR(T). He is a Wing Sector Commander for London Wing ATC.
Nadim manages and co-ordinates the activities of the administration team and is the first point of contact for dealing with complaints, reporting back to the CTSI on membership changes and working with the Code Auditors.
Throughout his career Oliver has held a number of leadership roles in supply chain, including Operations Director for Alliance Healthcare, responsible for all aspects of operations across the UK, and Supply Chain Director for the Northern Europe at Mondelez International. He has significant operational and leadership experience across all aspects of supply chain. He is now Group Operations Director at Millbrook Healthcare.
Sarah joined BHTA Engage who produce (THIIS Magazine, AT Today) in April 2018 as the new Content Writer and Marketing Assistant.
After graduating with a Masters in English Language from De Montfort University, Sarah will be working on all BHTA Engage publications and help ing develop new activities.
Sarah has many different hobbies and interests, she enjoys writing and cooking in her spare time. She also likes to stay active by swimming and practicing yoga.
