Dr. Pamela Estes is a general practitioner with Big Creek Animal Hospital. She has been with the practices since 2014. Her areas of special interest include neurology and critical care medicine.
Dr. Estes has always loved animals but wasn't able to have them growing up due to family health issues. She always imagined she would have pets but never thought they would be such an integral part of her career. She pursued an undergraduate degree in biology and initially planned on becoming a human doctor. As her last "fun" job before graduate school, she decided to work at a local veterinary practice. Only then did she realize that a veterinarian does so much more than "give shots." On any given day, she is a surgeon, an ophthalmologist, a cardiologist, and so much more.

Dr. Patel loves people and their pets and thoroughly enjoys connecting with people and making new friends daily. Being able to serve people by helping their pets and hearing about someone else's day always makes him happy.
While in vet school Dr. Patel was an extern at Big Creek Animal Hospital. He knew from his first day with us that he wanted to work with our team after graduation. Dr. Patel has one four-legged family member, a goofy five-year-old Golden Retriever named Zeke! Outside of work Dr. Patel enjoys golfing, hiking, playing basketball, working out, and hanging out with friends. He enjoys being active whenever he can!

We had to put our dog down this afternoon. I can't imagine that there could be anyone more compassionate and caring than Dr. Clark and staff. It wasn't any easy decision but they were so helpful. Their care for our dog has always been superb.
